I'm changing my review here because one of their big sales lines is that they have a 4.7 on Google reviews, which is unheard of. After the initial sales visit, they asked me for a review of the company, before any service had been provided. I realized thats how they boost their reviews

I wanted to purchase vent cleaning. They attempted to sell me services that I didn't asked for or need for six times the price. Eventually when I told them that was too expensive, they finally gave me the quote for the services that I asked for. It would have been nice to get to my request sooner

Called Mr. Quick on a Friday evening with no heat. Taylor came out within 2 hours. Stated it was the gas valve but it would be $2000 to fix it, but he didn’t have parts with him to do it that night. He also stated the heater at its age wasn’t worth that and it would be better to just replace the unit. Hmmm. Well. Found the part Monday and it cost us $116 to fix it. I gave one start because the estimate was free and they were fast to get there to try to scam us.
