My experience with the two gentlemen was outstanding. They were very professional, very nice and so attentive to the details at hand. The dryer had to be removed from the room where the water heater was put, and there was a mess under the dryer. They offered to clean it up for me, even blew out my dryer vent bc it was clogged. They went beyond the duties of technicians. I so appreciated it all because I just had back surgery, and cannot do it myself. They both deserve a huge thank you from myself and my husband.

Had a water heater that kept tripping the circuit breakers and wasn't heating the water as per usual. It was very concerning b/c it's less than 2 years old. So, I searched around for a local company who services these suckers and came across Mister Water Heater. They were able to come out the very next day and Daniel fixed it right up. He was kind, courteous, and didn't mind an annoying puppy getting in his way. I'd definitely give them a call if you're needing water heater service in Indianapolis.
