Rocklane Company General Contractors recently completed a major renovation in our community that included new roofs, skylights, siding and painting. Bayside Woods 78 buildings / 250 units have been completely transformed in just 9 months!
The Rocklane team (Justin, Jim and Jim) has been a trusted partner throughout the entire process. From helping us to define the scope of work, to completing the project ahead of schedule and continuing to help support us, Rocklane is top notch.
I cannot speak highly enough about our project manager Jim Yates. Jim was onsite every day (7A – 7P+) managing multiple roofing, siding and painting crews while also always available to help resolve any issues our homeowners would have. Jim’s professionalism and dedication to ensuring quality work make him a true leader.
I would be remis without mentioning Jim Wheeler. Jim is the siding expert and helped us transform the buildings, eliminating a lot of future maintenance. Jim knowledge, expertise and kindness helped make the so process easy.
Their contractors were professional, dependable and provided quality workmanship.
I highly recommend Rocklane (and The Jim’s) for any renovation project!
