Bradford did a fantastic job with our trees. He was extremely professional and efficient. We had some storms knock a tree down onto our neighbor's fence and shed. He was able to remove the debris without causing any further damage and flawlessly knocked down our other tree in a single afternoon. Amazing work, and we would happily go through Nova again.

We were unsure who to use for the very large pine in the backyard of our new home since we were new to the area. Some friends recommended Nova Tree Care. They were reasonably priced, very professional and had a lot of integrity. They did such a good job, we are planning to hire them again for another project. .

We hired Nova Tree Care for cutting 5 dead large and challenging trees and we could not be happier. The service provided was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Starting with the price which we felt was very reasonable. Communication and advice on what to do and not to do was clear and accompanied of pictures and detail from the beginning (planing phase) through out (pics of the job as it was happening) and to the completion of the job (the property was clean, logs and stack of cut logs were in the planned locations ). All our questions were answered very clearly. We received advice when we asked for it. It was a great experience. We have already given Brad Elliot’s number to friends requiring his services. Highly recommended.

Bradford and his team did a fantastic job removing my *cough* Bradford Pear tree that had already lost two large limbs this year. He was was very communicative and quick to respond. You can tell they take pride in their work with the care they took with the tree and the clean up. I would definitely recommend Nova.

Brad and his team were awesome. This was a complicated job with high dead limbs in a sycamore full of poison ivy. They removed the limbs, cleared a bunch of honeysuckle at the base of the tree, and cut the poison ivy and winter creeper vines near the base. All was addressed with efficiency, expertise, professionalism, and great care for the tree. Thanks!

Bradford and his team were wonderful to work with. Nova came out to cut down and remove 32 trees and grind 30 stumps on a construction site for us. Working with Bradley was a dream! First of all he is just a friendly person with a super positive attitude which means a lot to me. Plus he was extremely responsive with great communication throughout the process, even when we hit a snag with snow coming the day we had set up to start and needed to reschedule. When he came on site, they were quick, cleaned up well, and made very good judgments about how far to cut back the trees. He has a artist's eye and left us looking fantastic. So often I am a little disappointed when we have tree/landscape work done as I feel like things get cut back too much and look a little odd, but not this time. The results were beautiful, affordable, and I would highly recommend this company.

I had a portion of my neighbor’s tree fall on a power line while I was on vacation. When we got back, we called Nova Tree Care. They were polite and expedited our service due to potential danger. They were open and honest about the tree trimming and did an excellent job. They gave us a fair price and we were completely satisfied.

Brad and Nova Tree Care did an amazing job for us! We had a large tree come down in our yard on Friday and they came out on Monday to take care of it. They even left us nicely cut pieces of stump for us to chop for firewood. They were punctual and professional and so helpful. Would definitely recommend Nova for all your tree needs!

I was so pleased with the work they did today trimming two larger mature trees. They were trying to please two clients and they went above and beyond to ensure that everyone was happy. It looks great and cleaned the roof and yard better than they found it.

Earlier in the year we had a very tall pine tree from our yard fall on main power line during a wind storm. The utility freed the power line. However, Nova Tree Care took down the tree and ground the stump, delicately removing the tree from the roof of a mini barn. They avoided a perimeter wooden fence, a large juniper tree, and my neighbor's shed in the process.

It was easy going back to them again. Highly professional and very courteous.

Bradford with Nova Tree Care was absolutely outstanding. He was incredibly timely in coming out to quote our project and extremely knowledgeable—he even took the time to explain all the different trees on our property. We had two massive 70+ ft eastern white pines right in front of our house that constantly dropped sap on our cars where we park. Bradford initially quoted us for removing one tree, but after deciding to take down both, he promptly came back out to reassess and provided a very competitive updated quote compared to others we received.

Nova Tree Care did an outstanding job with removing several large trees in our back yard that were not easy to bring down. Brad and his crew are highly skilled tree climbers who surgically brought down the trees piece by piece. Excellent communication from Brad made the experience smooth and stress free. Nova was great! Bradford came out to do a consultation and I was immediately impressed compared to other companies I had spoken with. He assessed the tree, discussed a detailed plan including the preservation of surrounding shrubs, and gave advice on how to best replace the tree in the future. Not a single shrub was damaged, all of the debris was removed. Nova was very respectful of my entire property while they worked- something I have unfortunately had problems with from other companies.
I was really sad to have lost a tree, but Nova helped to make sure it was as smooth of a process as possible and that I didn’t lose anything else in the process.

Bradford and his team removed two birch trees from my yard. They did and fantastic job in tree removal, stump grinding, and clean up. They even ground the stump of a tree that a Carmel company failed to do correctly. Several of my neighbors commented positively on the great clean up they did in the yard. The best I can say is that I will use Nova Tree Care again in the future.
