Mr. Garcia & crew are top notch & cost conscious. They did a very difficult removal of a VERY large & dangerous tree flawlessly...it was artistic. The entire neighborhood was duly impressed & will be using them in the future. This is the third tree they have removed for me, I wouldn’t use anyone else. Bravo!

They took awhile to get to us but we're half the cost of the lowest bid we had. They did good work, cleaned up and took care if our needs. Great value!

Outstanding. They did great work. They did it at 1/3 the cost of others who bid on the job. They trimmed a 50 foot tree to 15 feet and trimmed my fence line. All within 3 hours. Will recommend them to anyone.

Contractor looked to do a good job, that is until further inspection. My fence top rail was bent where contractor took out neighbors tree. My chain link fence netting was also torn up where he removed our tree. I tried to call, but no answer unfortunately. I’ll update once I hear back. Update/I have tried to call he said he would come look at it. My wife tried to call and again nothing it been couple weeks now and no further contact with him nor is our fence fixed. They did an ok job and would love to give them better review. Please come fix my fence.

This company is not reliable. They don't answer their phone. They were supposed to come out on Wednesday. Came 40 minutes late only to tell me he had to reschedule because he didn't write up the work order and said he could reschedule for Friday afternoon. Friday afternoon came and they never showed up. Both times I took off work to meet them here. I lost money by leaving work. They have not contacted me.
Also, it looks like the owner wrote his own review here. Look at the name Garcia.

I have to call police to file report for this company. They are not finish job just ask money and damage our property.

They trimmed 2 trees for me and did excellent work. This is the second time I have used them. I called them for an estimate and Mr Garcia was here the next day. I highly recommend them!!

We have a wooded backyard with many trees close to the house, so regular maintenance is essential. King Tree Service was recommended to us by a family member and we’ve used them ourselves twice now. We’ve been extremely pleased both times. Their communication is clear and professional, scheduling is quick and hassle-free, pricing is fair and transparently quoted up front, and the quality of their work is excellent.

Most recently, we hired them to trim branches from several trees that were overhanging our deck and roof. Not only did they thoroughly clean up the site afterward, but they went above and beyond - removing leaves and debris that had already accumulated on our deck and back patio during the fall.

We have been consistently impressed with their service and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

This company is uninsured. They told my neighbors they were insured before starting work this weekend, then after damaging my gutters and putting a hole in my roof due to falling tree limbs, they said their insurance lapsed two weeks ago.

They are NOT able to provide liability, workman's comp insurance, beware!
Also they did NOT haul off sycamore as in agreement that I paid for after removing several trees! Contacted several times months ago & never responded after taking my money. Also without asking, they picked up 3 yo running around my property dangerously! Also lady went in my side door & kept helping herself to soft drinks after I gave her 1.
They kept running out of cigarettes & drinks. Very unprofessional & bold around my home! Wanted checks to be issued to personal names, not business names! Months later because I assume they had no work just abruptly drove into my property expecting me to give them work unannounced even after they still owed me for not removing sycamore! Bold, rude, unprofessional!

Brittany was knowledgeable and experienced. She and her son did what we consider somewhat dangerous work in trimming our big oak out front, but got the job done and at a reasonable price. We have a favorite tree trimming service from our old house but these guys managed to convince us to give them a try since they'd done this property before, so we took the chance. Glad to have the work done before spring!

James and his crew have been out to my property twice in two years. Both experiences were good & I am about to have them out again for a third. They have cut down a mulberry tree they split up to 6 trees that was leaning up my garage, a big old maple that was 3 feet from house with a giant branch up over the house, and an old spruce 20 feet from my front door. He worked with me taking the debri but leaving me reasonable sized wood for my outdoor fire pit. Not going to lie, its a bit nerve wracking having someone cut down a giant tree that overhangs your house.. i couldn’t help but sit inside and watch them work! Like i said, I’ll be having them out again as long as they keep doing a good job at a good price!

I received a flyer and thought I'd hire them I mainly talked to Britney but they are wonderful. They took all the dead out of my trees. I have two trees On one they removed a limb so it wouldn't take down the power lines. One of my trees is sick so they treated both trees and are going to check on them this winter and come back in the spring to see what they need. Brittney left my yard I feel nicer then I gave to them. Excellent job in my opinion very nice people and they listen to you. They've got my business.

No Insurance + showing up unannounced + risky work practices that damaged house + dishonest communication + disappearing into thin air = NO WAY.

I am sorry to be writing this. I am the neighbor referred to by another reviewer here. I hired PT to take out a very large tree in our driveway. They said they were insured and their flyer also says this.

A tree limb fell on the neighbor's house, damaging the roof, and in a separate incident a branch punched through their siding. The company continued working, in the rain and full dark until 9 pm. At this point they disclosed that their insurance had lapsed, after they had been on my property in a cherry picker, with chainsaws, all day and night. They left the huge trunk of the tree, about 20' tall, and promised to come back later in the week.

It's been nearly three weeks now. They didn't come back, they have not answered any of my numerous texts, phonecalls or email, and they have not kept their promise to 'do right' by the neighbors or respond to any of their communication either. The matter is now in court.

Britney and James were working on a neighbor's trees down the street from me when she asked if I wanted anything done. My neighbor's work looked good, so I was OK with them doing the work the same day, after they were done with the neighbor.
They cut down a medium evergreen that had grown too close to my house and a branch off a maple tree. They ground up and took away everything they cut down, then cleaned up really well. They were also very quick, despite finding a hornet's nest in the tree! Their price was reasonable, the same as the estimate I had received from someone else.
I would hire them again, when my budget allows.

They showed up unannounced.

Lady is acting like a crack head dancing and touching everything in yard.they had no sign on truck.

Gray, and had poles in the back. Totally unprofessional. After I said something they slapped a sign on it. Really interesting, they climb trees “No Safely rope nothing!”!

They swear they are a business but no marking on truck. After I said something they got defensive and told me to look it up online.

What a joke. I ask them to leave the property. voicemail is the lady acting fishing in the yard.

The neighbor approached me and said the lady was on something and the one guy was getting sick in the street.
