I had a guy come by last night to shape and top my two trees. It didn't work out so well. I was worried the trees were damaged. I called J.T. Tree service at 7:10 am this morning and they were here by 10:00 am. They professionally topped and shaped both trees to my satisfaction. They were very respectful and courteous. I can’t say enough about Joel and his company, JT Tree Service. I contacted them about a project for my son’s Make A Wish, not knowing if they would even be interested or email me back. I got a response back from Joel the same day wanting to come take a look. The very next day they were out at my place and knocked it out. Let me be clear, this was not a big money making job for them and the quality, professionalism, and interactions with them blew our family away. They treated our project like they actually cared. Joel gave a reasonable estimate and was able to get started very soon after. He and his crew are experts at the planning and mechanics of safely removing trees, even in a congested area. Work was performed swiftly to remove multiple trees with very little impact to yard and work area. JT Tree Service is my top recommendation for tree removal.

We are Canes for Central Indiana Veterans. A newly formed organization who makes canes and Walking Sticks for Veterans. We use mostly Christmas trees and recycle them into canes. We received so many donations that we were overwhelmed. Called several companies but Joel offered to come and shred what we could not use and the trimmed branches at NO CHARGE!!!They came by this am and oh my gosh!!! Can't give them enough praise!!! Wonderful group of men!!!!!! We can always use volunteers but can't do without companies willing to extend a helping hand. I would never hesitate to have these gentlemen out and do a job for you!!!!

I got bids from 3 companies. JT's was in the middle. They took down 5 trees, a few branches over the house, ground out 9 stumps, cut 1 tree into the logs I asked for, cleaned up and hauled away all the mess. And, they did it all in just a few hours. All very nice guys.

We had a tree split during a storm. I contacted JT Tree Service early on Saturday morning, and JT was here within an hour to assess the damage and provide a quote for the work. They were willing to do the work first thing on Monday, but due to inclement weather and our schedule, we requested they come on August 28th to do the removal. We couldn't be more pleased with their work.

I never had to reachout to see if he would come. The rates were very reasonable considering all the work they did. He and his crew were very thorough and professional in completing their task. We recently purchased a home in Geist and unfortunately the Ash tree in the front of the home had been hit by the EAB. I had called and spoke with five contractors for tree removal prior to finding JT’s tree service. All five contractor swiftly came out and gave us an estimate then never returned. They never called and never showed up. I reached out to JT’s tree service and Joel promptly returned my call, came out the very same day which was a Friday and evaluated my tree. He gave me a very competitive estimate and his word that he would be back on Monday or Tuesday pending no unforeseen homes in eminent danger due to trees or branches falling from inclement weather. Joel is a man of his word. His crew of 5 including him was perfectly orchestrated. I am a retired quality assurance nurse and I’ll honestly tell you it was like watching a perfectly orchestrated surgery take place. Every single member of the crew knew exactly their role and everyone worked in unison. Everyone had on protective equipment and they had my tree and six shrubs cut down cleaned up and stumps ground away within 45 minutes and off they went. It takes a lot to impress this lady because I’ve been around for 50 years and I’ve seen a lot of things but what I’ve learned in my lifetime is to trust what people do not what they say. In the case of JT tree service I can honestly tell you this company does exactly what they say they’re going to do, a fantastic and professional job at an affordable price.

Can’t recommend enough! Like WOW am I absolutely so impressed and amazed by how the team worked together from beginning to end, almost like a dance with how effortlessly they flowed throughout the whole job. We had a Bradford Pear tree come down during the crazy storm last Wednesday, Joel came out Thursday to give me a quick quote, and even added in helping us get rid of stumps that were left around the property when we bought it two years ago. They came out Monday and blew me away with how fast and efficiently they got the job done. DID I SAY THAT I CAN’T RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS ENOUGH?!
