I'd like to extend a heartfelt appreciation to Josh Law and the exceptional team at Service Master! Towards the end of 2023, following a regrettable incident where the plumbers tasked with installing our water heater inadvertently neglected to reconnect our lift pump, resulting in significant water damage to our basement carpet, Josh and his team swiftly stepped in to address the issue. Their prompt response and remediation efforts were exemplary, coupled with a commendable level of communication and respect throughout the entire process. In fact, we were so impressed by their professionalism that we entrusted them with installing our new carpet as well.
Yesterday, when our area experienced flooding and our sump pump failed, I immediately sought assistance from a new, reputable plumber to install a replacement. Despite Josh being on vacation at the time, I reached out to him, and true to their commitment to exceptional service, his team was on-site within a mere couple of hours. Thanks to their swift action, we suffered no further damage to our belongings, and remarkably, the brand-new carpet they had installed was salvaged without issue.
Words cannot express my gratitude towards Josh and his team for their unwavering dedication to providing prompt, high-quality service consistently. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of expert care for their home, especially during times of crisis.

Water problems are never fun. Ever. But at least when we needed a quick solution service master was there promptly and really took care of us. The team made it as painless as It could be and we are grateful to have a dry basement once again. Thank you!

My home had a problem with the main floor toilet and water flooded the upstairs and finished basement. October 31

Started by calling the owner by referral.

The "drying" portion went smoothly. The equipment they use is very loud to dry.

The problems started with the handoff to the reconstruction team. I had hoped they would get the main floor "fixed" by Thanksgiving. They sent a quote for the estimate for reconstruction to the wrong insurance company. They didn't run the estimate by me and were missing items to be fixed.

The owner seemed interested in resolving but in the end, it became a wrestling match about who was more wrong on dates, items to be fixed, etc.

The people doing the work were good. The office needs an overhaul - not customer friendly and lack empathy for customer expectations.

Manny X came to do final inspection and pick up all the equipment. They were prompt and worked quickly to take all the final readings and Document their findings. I would recommend them to anyone who would need their services.

Worst experience ever! High price and there is mold in 2 rooms just 2 weeks after they did expensive “clean up” They tore up some things and refuse to compensate me unless I go along with their restoration plan. Called their corporate office and they merely took my name and number so someone could call to see what was wrong and I haven’t heard back. Servicemaster used to be a name you could trust. Save yourself some grief!

Quick to respond and come onsite to investigate, great customer service walk through on how to handle the damage and work with my insurance company. Our basement flooded. Service master was very quick to respond. They were very professional and attentive. They were thorough in checking to make sure all moisture was out of our basement. We would definitely call them again. Stacey Green is our favorite service master professional.

Service Master by Crossroads Restoration did a wonderful job when we had water damage.
we honestly didn’t know what to do and so our insurance company recommended they come out to help. So many things got wet, but they were able to dry out our floors, cabinets and drywall in a few days. Their technicians came every day to monitor to make sure everything was drying out correctly and no mold was growing. I didn’t even think about that until this happened, but I’m so glad they checked every day.
They even did all the repairs, so I didn’t have to deal with a bunch of different contractors coming in and out of my house.
Things got a little held up with my insurance company, but that was not the fault of ServiceMaster by Crossroads, I had to wait for my adjuster to sign off on things that they had submitted.
In the end, everything got fixed and looks great!

ServiceMaster came in after a tree hit our home during a storm, and did an amazing job with water remediation, demo, and inventory! They were very communicative, courteous and expedient. Becky’s team was top notch!

Service Master was so quick to respond and did a great job cleaning up my flood mess. They were always on time and communicated with me throughout the process and explained things very well . They were very helpful and compassionate about the troubles I was experiencing . John really helped explain the process and made himself available anytime I had questions. Quade and Nefy were so professional and good at what they do. They always worked with my schedule and were so respectful of my home. I only have good things to say about Service Master!

My insurance had a crew of guys come out to dry out my ceiling after storm damage tore up my roof and caused a leak in my ceiling. These guys were phenomenal and super professional. Very helpful and explained every step of the way. I would
recommend these guys to everyone I come across. Chris was amazing and I also had Marlon stop by to evaluate the progress. Every one I had contact with on this project was amazing.
