Our AC went down last night they were out this Morning. Tyler called me and understood I was at work and unable to let him in the yard. He was willing to jump a fence and fix my ac unit anyway (with my permission of course)! Most people would not even think about doing that to get a job done. He called me before and after to let me know what was going on and in my opinion went above and beyond what’s expected of him. Thank you so much! My family appreciates you!

Trent replaced my 15 year old furnace ad AC unit in June of 2018. They had to reprogram it's computer to work in Sub Zeroes temperature. After they completed the programing it works great! I highly recommend them!

Trent came out and replace my failed AC unit and got me back up and cool quickly and effectively at a very reasonable price. I will be happy to use them any time they are needed.

The owner came out and said he’d get me an estimate to replace my furnace in a few days. I called the office a week later and Dustin answer the phone and said he would send me a estimate and still have not received a phone call or an estimate in two weeks.
They were referred to me by a good friend who has used him in the past and said they were very reliable?
I know everyone is busy and no is ok!
But to be lead me to believe they can and want to help and nothing is why I thought this needs to be posted.

As a General Contractor, Trent Heat and Cool is my go to HVAC company projects for years. They do good quality work at a reasonable price. We enjoy working with them and look forward to many more years and many more projects.

We are so thankful for this company. We thought we were going to go another year without air conditioning downstairs because we had received many quotes that were unaffordable, almost starting over with our HVAC. Tyler's expertise and understanding of what was important to us led us to an affordable solution to our extensive problems. The company got out quickly to our project, and fixed everything right during the first heat wave.

Tyler and all of his employees are very professional in all they do, whether it be setting up service over the phone through the office or having his guys doing a install at our house it was spot on. The response time with any question regardless of how big or small is merely a phone call away. I recommend Trent Heating & Air to anyone I know of needing service or quotes for a whole new system.

Called them at 9am, furnace was fixed by 10:30am. Couldn't ask for quicker than that. The service technician was very polite and explained exactly what was wrong. The cost was not terrible either. Will definitely use them for any future hvac issues.

After using different contractors over the years I'm very satisfied with Trent Heat and Cool. When time for a new heating and a/c system they had a good price, assisted with financing, and installed an outstanding product with the best warranty I had seen. Friendly, professional, and they did what they said they would do. Would definitely recommend.

He made a real effort to diagnose the issue, explained everything clearly, and left the space clean when he finished. I really appreciated how respectful and detailed he was throughout the entire visit. Excellent service from start to finish!

Update: My furnace is now fixed and I want to thank Trent Heat and Cool so much. They squeezed me in when my part came in knowing colder weather was coming. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable staff and customer service. That's what using a family owned local business is about.
My furnace wouldn't ignite. Very wonderful young men have it working and we are awaiting a replacement part. Worked hard to get it going. Great service if I could leave 10 Stars I would. I have used them for years andwill only use them. I support local companies.
