Did you have an Appliance Bit the Bucket! It's way cheaper to have it repaired than to Buy a brand new unit! They have great pricing on repairs! They are very professional and good-willed. support our local businesses! I did the research so you don't have to! I used them and was very pleased with their services!

I called at about 4 pm on a Friday to report my oven was not working. Hagermans promised a Monday appointment but then surprised me by coming the same evening!!! Fixed by 6:30 pm so I’ll be able to use my oven for our office Christmas party tomorrow ! That’s great small town service.

So very thankful for Charlie and his team. We are helping watch over an elderly neighbor. We realized that her refrigerator was not cooling anymore. Charlie took a look and helped diagnose the problem and repaired it while keeping us updated on what he was finding and what his plans were. Hagerman helped save her from having to buy a new Refrigerator.

The owners are nice folks, hoping they can fix my stove in a timely manner. Reasonably quick response for an appointment (Tuesday) considering the holiday weekend! I do a lot of cooking in the oven, so I'm glad they are here in town.

I purchased a new dishwasher which they installed. The price was great. Their response time to all my questions was excellent. Installation was fast and follow up has been superb. Could not ask for a better experience.

The cost to repair the ice maker in my freezer was $312. There was no estimate given before the work was performed, and there was a $70 charge for “travel.” This charge was not mentioned either. Had given an estimate, I would have opted not to have the service performed. Definitely feel taken advantage of.

I started out my relationship with Hagerman by having them install and or repair my appliances over 20 years ago. It was a great experience. So when I decided to replace all my appliances they were the only people I wanted to work with. Everything these days is delayed and they communicated with me every step of the way. The new appliances are here. I didn't want to wonder around a store figuring it out. Amber made suggestions for me based on actually hands on experience. Jeff is one of the best installers. His attitude makes any situation better even getting a giant fridge thru 2 feet of snow. Can't say enough good things about working with Hagerman either for new or repair.

They have been very professional and also apologetic since they didn't get my first message. They came out in the middle of bad weather to just fix my dryer which had a own Fuze. Priced fairly and would definitely recommend again.

First, it took a week to get someone to come look at our washing machine. After a brief investigation, the repairman found the problem and told me they would get the part in a day or two. A week later and several unanswered calls, I was told that the part was in and they would be out the next day. The part was installed and the repairman left. The next day we attempted to use the washer and it still won't drain fully. OK, we're done!

Great customer service! We always call Hagermans with any of our appliance issues. They are reasonably priced and are quick to work us into their schedule. We were able to get our dryer repaired the same day I called to schedule an appointment!
