We called Clark's Home Services for an estimate for a humidifier to be installed. Bryan show up, very nice and pleasant to talk to. He ask why we wanted a humidifier, I told him I'm tired of getting shocked turning on lights and that our house was at 20% humidity! Brian answered our questions plus he checked out a few things on the furnace. Turned out there where 2 filters, one was hidden, that furnace was working itself to death! We learned a lot from a technician that cared enough to show us about the furnace! He cared, that is why we are having Clark's install our humidifier!

Newly installed furnace quit working sometime in the night. Called to inform Clark's Services around 6:30am. They said someone could be there between 8 and 10a. Nate showed up a little before 8a. Had it working before 8:30a. Said he found a switch on a panel door causing the problem. Adjusted switch, working fine so far. Nate was very professional and understanding. Thank you!

All day install. Installed by Nate, Andrew, and Drew did a great job. Getting power source connected was difficult, no basement or large enough crawl space to use. Over came by fishing lines through until
had power.
