Tom came to our home to follow-up with a wiring issue after our thermostat install. It was late in the evening, but Tom showed up, diagnosed and fixed the issue, and explained everything he was doing. He was pleasant and courteous, most importantly he made sure our home had heat that night and going forward. Really really appreciate him. Edit: Had Jackson out for our AC not working, he was able to find the issue was related to bad wiring, fixed it, and got our home back on its way to being cool again.

Tom was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and informative. He left a hard copy with some of the inspection results and sent a digital copy of additional inspection results for both units that I had requested and as I expected to be a normal Bassett service practice. We would want Tom to be the service technician for any required future service requirements.
Had Steven out to my house to complete work on estimate he originally gave, from beginning to end of that job Steven was knowledgeable, polite and professional. This rating is more reflective of Bassett services overall not so much the technician that was out today. Most verbal discussions with techs over the last few years has been centered around how my systems are on the last leg and this results in less detailed maintenance efforts. I get the impression that they want my system to fail so I have to replace with a new one.
