I was very impressed with the quick response but not the news that the furnace was shot and the parts were probably not available. My landlord called marlatt and he fixed it with two parts that he got from rushville. As I see it I am out 155 dollars for nothing. I will let everyone know.

The team members that installed my new furnace were very pleasnt and polite. They knew exactly what they were doing and had the old furnace out and the new one in in about 4 hours. They cleaned up after themselves to the point you could not tell they had even been here, aside from seeing the new furnace in place. I have utilized their business previously and will continue to use them

The technician came the day after I called to check why our furnace was not working. He evaluated what the problem waa and came back the next day with another man. They did the repair quickly, it looks great, and we have heat!

We are in Florida. I paid with a card over the phone. I suggested that a bill be sent since it was after hours on a weekend and we were away. I’m surprised that this wasn’t possible.

Alan and Blake came to do a tune up on our ac and found an issue. They fixed it and the price was responsible. They were professional and our dogs liked them. Definitely will use them again for yearly maintenance

I highly recommend this company! They came to our house on Christmas Eve (twice) and got my furnace running. It was brutally cold and we had no heat. Had to use a few space heaters to keep pipes from freezing. Technician Tyler was very friendly and professional. The fee was much cheaper than I expected. I plan on using this company again for my Furnace concerns. 😊

The Nest thermostat had a wire loose and wasn't controlling the furnace. We found the loose wire and moved one furnace wire to make it work. Kaleb was understanding and we decided to change the Nest to the Amer Standard thermostat to get the full functionality with the new AC system.
They came back and added the American Standard thermostat which has more features and works better with the variable speed fan in the air handler. Also works with a cool app and Alexa.
