We would highly recommend this company. They were very professional, responsive and did great work faster than expected. Breanna, Lisa and Billy were great to work with.

I've worked with several electricians on several different projects, and White's Electrical is by far the best. The replaced the light fixtures in my office, added outlets, mounted TVs, anything I could dream up. I trust them each time one of our I.T. customers requires electrical service. They are also generator experts! The took great care to spec out the perfect Generac generator system for our business and for our home. You can't go wrong with White's Electrical!

I am a General Contractor and I work with White's consistently. They are by far the most professional and punctual licensed electrician I have worked with. Their prices are fair and the quality of work is exceptional. I would recommend them to anybody that needed residential or commercial work.

Had a really great experience with White's, the crew who came out and did work for us did a solid job and were busting butt the whole time. (trenching electrical out to a electric fence panel, installing exterior outlets for xmas lights, conduit and power under the driveway). We had to cut through the driveway and they did a good job making that look really good.

Anything electrical. This is the company to call they will handle the job with high quality expertise.

This team recently finished a large project at our newly purchased 1927 built home in Irvington in Indianapolis. They had to rewire the majority of our house eliminating the use of the old knob and tube wiring. it was an 8 day project that they had to do with us living here. It included upgrading our 100 amp service to 200 amp service. They did a great job, and the company they recommended to repair the necessary wall holes was also great. (All IN Painting)
If you are buying an older home with ungrounded plugs and 2 wire old knob and tube wiring, have these guys consult before you close as they are experts at getting this type of transformation done efficiently and predicting the cost. Not every electrical contractor will be capable of doing this efficiently.
Also BE AWARE, and we were not, insurers do NOT like to insure houses with old knob and tube 2 wire ungrounded wiring. Take this into consideration in your purchase agreement and know the cost up front as it is not inexpensive.
We highly recommend White's Electrical for the type of work we had done.

Five Stars all the way! Phil answered his phone at 3am and assured us his crew would have us taken care of by days end. By late afternoon his electrician was at our home and a couple of hours later AES had us hooked back up. Very fair pricing for the job, especially considering the storm damage was on a Saturday. These guys are a very professional class act with superior customer service that is unheard these days.

We highly recommend this company. We had several electrical issues that were taken care of by Lisa J. and Billy C. who both were extremely professional. They both demonstrated a high level of expertise and got things done in a timely fashion.

Breanna (cust rep) and electrician Trea did a great job in getting my repair scheduled and resolved in a timely and professional manner; will continue to use Grounded Solutions for my home electrical needs!

Brian was our technician. He was here to install a three-way timer switch that I had attempted to install myself. He asked questions about how I wanted it to work and completed the install easily and quickly. He also looked at another three-way switch I thought was not working correctly. He was polite and professional, definitely a person we would want in our home again for electrical issues. We are quite pleased with White’s and will use them for all our electrical issues and installations.

My husband and I can't say enough about how amazing White's has been!! They really spent the time with us to learn what our needs were and went WAY above and beyond on the day of installing our new generator! Thanks to a careless neighbor with a chainsaw, we have since been able to verify that the investment of a whole-home generator is WELL worth it!! Our neighbors spent the hot, summer day in the dark while we watched TV, cleaned the house, and enjoyed ice-cold beverages in the comfort of our air-conditioned home! THANK YOU WHITE'S!!!

Great communication. Timely, professional and knowledgeable staff. They kept me updated while the work was being done and reviewed with me when the job was completed. We will be using Grounded Solutions for additional projects in the future.

Grounded Solutions is now our "go-to" electrician. They gave us a fast response to an emergency situation, their staff is friendly and helpful, and their rates are good too. Definitely recommend them!

Grounded has done numerous small jobs for me over the years and they always perform with efficiency and professionalism! I trust them for my home and my extended families homes as well. We are also breaking ground on a new addition at my business and Grounded will be providing all of my electrical services!

I called Grounded Solutions with what I thought was an electrical issue inside my home. After explaining my problem to Ashley, we set up an appointment. But I received a call back almost immediately and she said she had just spoken to another associate who thought it sounded more like a problem for AES to resolve on the outside of our home. And it was! I do appreciated their thoughtfulness in getting back to me and saving me an after hours fee. I’ll definitely call this company for help in the future.

On 12/23, I heard a loud noise and was amazed to see a 3 light bar had fallen down in a bathroom. My husband went on line to see if he could find an electrician to respond but any responders were closed until after the first of the year. I remembered we used White's Electric before and called. I explained that we were having a delayed Christmas on New Year's Eve and needed to have more than a lantern in the bathroom! The wonderful receptionist checked to see what she could do. She said that she could have a technician come the same day, 12/28 after hours to fix it. a very fast and efficient young man named Matthew had the light back up in less than 20 minutes. While he was here, we had him fix a light switch. Matthew was excellent!!! Great value, great work, and really nice people!! BTW, our guest were very appreciative the problem was resolved!

This is a great company that I have used several times over the years. Phil, always takes care of me on the commercial side and Mike is tremendous on the residential side. I have completed more than 50 jobs with Grounded Solutions.

Very professional staff both at the office and the employees who came to my house. I had 220 line installed and do to my circuit panel they had to relocate and move things all around to make it work. They also install another outside receptacle and the overall finished job on both areas was outstanding. Highly recommended and will use again if needed.

Whites install two recessed/canned lights above my kitchen counter and and one light fixture above my sink. They were very professional and very reasonable in cost.

Excellent company to work with. Dispatcher was pleasant and easy to set appointment. Installer was knowledgeable and explained why certain modifications were needed to make product work correctly. Installer's attitude was a ten in all aspects. I will use this company again for my house renovations. Company is worth more than five stars.
