Absolutely worst company. Their driver rear ended me and offered to pay for my damages out of pocket, then I gave them a quote for the repairs he did not like the quote sent his wife to my house ahead of time came over raising hell saying we needed to go the legal route and proceed to give insurance information. Also telling me how it’s a company truck we have got to go through insurance etc etc then comes time for their insurance to get ahold of them and the activity avoid the insurance company! Meanwhile they fixed their vehicle and drive by my house daily. It’s a total slap in the face. I’ve given their insurance company plenty of time to handle situation their insurance finally gave me the okay to file claim with my insurance! This accident happened in early February it’s now end of April! Horrible people! I would not recommend this company due to their unprofessional behavior. Thankfully I do have full coverage and my insurance is legit unlike them! So I would question their workers and their own licensing. If they can’t even keep insurance on their COMPANY VEHICLES I doubt they even are licensed electricians! Be aware! Watch who you hire! To respond back to the Owner, crazy how I get responses from you via google reviews but when YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY TRYS YOU AVOID THEM! That is why I had to go through MY insurance! I’m not spreading any lies or misinformation, your driver JAMES rear ended me gave me his insurance information for me to file the claim with and turns out James is actively avoiding Progressive who he claims is his insurance company. Thanks 😊

Vertex Electrical was great to work with. Charlie was very honest and upfront throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. Their pricing was far better than a competitor I had used for years. And they are fully licensed and insured. The work was done right and completed on time with no surprises or extra charges. I’d definitely recommend Vertex Electrical to anyone needing electrical work done the right way.
