Their only limitation is on how fast they can get the parts needed, which is beyond their control with what the supply chain is these days. Very curtious, respectful, professional, polite, and well trained/educated technician. I will call them before going anywhere else, I highly recommend this business to anyone needing HVAC work done.

Caleb and Stidds Comfort Systems did the entire HVAC for our new home and absolutely went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Caleb was just awesome throughout the entire process. 2 things stood out to me about Caleb’s service. 1. I had asked for smart thermostats that he normally doesn’t do and without saying anything else I showed up and it was done. 2. When we moved into our house Caleb was the only contractor to go out of his way after the first weekend and sent me a message just to check how things were running and going.

Checked around the area for quotes on a new HVAC system for my home and Stidd's had the best all around deal (warranty and cost). Came over a couple days after quoting and had everything up and running same day. Employees were very professional and courteous.

Stidd’s came to my home within 1-2 hours on a hot summer day when my AC suddenly stopped working. It was up and running again by the time I came home from work, and the price was more than reasonable. Lucky to have a local HC company to rely on!

These guys are great.! They're a small hometown company that does a fantastic job. My air conditioner went out and I was afraid I'd have to have a whole new system put in. My furnace is so old that they couldn't even find a part to fix it so they actually made a part for it out of two other parts that they found. They're so affordable and so nice. This is the second time I've used them and I will never use anybody else. At some point I'm definitely going to need a new furnace and a new AC unit and I can assure you that they will be the one doing the work. It seems like larger companies these days don't really care about their customers. They just want to get in and out and take your money. The guys at Stidd's really care about the people they're serving. I suggest that the next time you need some heating or air work done, get a free estimate from them first. You won't be sorry.

We've used Stidd's since Tom Land retired, following a brief, less-than-satisfying experience with a larger company. We never saw the same tech twice, and we realized who was paying for all the TV ads and the banners in Lucas Oil Stadium. It's nice to be back with a local business. Caleb came out immediately when our furnace went out a couple weeks ago and diagnosed the problem. He helped us make an informed decision about a new system; he and his crew just replaced our furnace/AC. They were timely, considerate, professional. We had no qualms about being away part of the day while they worked. We'll continue to use them, and we'd highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC system maintenance, repair, or replacement.

Caleb and his team were very professional, prompt, and responsive to inquiries and questions. I just had a mini-split HVAC system installed by them and they did a great job, cleaned up the area exceptionally well, and quickly and professionally responded to an operational question that I had. I'll certainly look to use them again for install and/or service.

We have used Stidd's Comfort Systems twice in the past year. Once for a full AC/Furnace replacement & duct repair and more recently for a ductless mini-split installation. Both interactions could not have gone better. Caleb and his team were on time, professional, and proficient. In my opinion, the service received is more personal and a better value than what the larger companies in the area provide. Stidd's Comfort Systems is my first call for all HVAC related needs.

Our furnace broke down during this Sub-Zero episode. Called Caleb at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday night and he was at our house in 15 minutes. On Sunday we decided that we should get a new furnace so we called back and Caleb said he would try to have it complete on Monday which was a federal holiday, Martin Luther King Day, so we were unsure if he would be able to pull it off. Caleb and Sammy Davis showed up Monday morning at 8:30. They were out by 5:00 p.m. with an unbelievable install job. Neat and clean, efficient, I can't say enough about the job they did for us. I would highly recommend them. Thanks to you Caleb and Sammy.

Caleb and his team did a full removal of an old furnace and A/C system and installed a higher efficiency system at our home. At the consultation he was prompt and answered all our questions. I got three quotes and his was the most reasonable. The day of the installation they arrived when they said they would and worked with a purpose! There was no slacking around, foul language or smoking with any of the team. They did play a radio softly and sang along. I could hear one of the guys who was working on the duct work in our crawlspace singing along as well. During the final systems check, Caleb would not leave until everything worked perfectly. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure we were satisfied before they left for the day. I would highly recommend Stidd's Comfort Systems!
Also: I had 4 brand new air filters for my old system which were the wrong size for the new system. Caleb traded the ones that wouldn't fit for 4 new ones that were the correct size for my new system. He certainly didn't have to do that, but it just goes to show his level of commitment to keep his customers happy!

Stidds Comfort Systems recently replaced my 35 year old furnace. The service was prompt and the price was very reasonable. Don't waste your time with those big companies that advertise on TV. I would highly recommend Stidds Comfort Systems.

I was visiting my wife's Aunt when we discovered her air conditioner was not working. I decided to call Stidd's on a Sunday afternoon. Caleb returned my call within 15 minutes and offered to work us in Monday morning 10am. He showed up 5 minutes early and was able to get us up and running in no time. So nice to find a dependable trust worthy local Guy. Highly recommend!
