We have used Good Nature at two of our homes (in 2008 and 2013). We liked their plans and received several compliments on our landscaping. However, the company they subcontracted for our deck continues to be a problem nearly five years later. We wanted a deck partially covered by a wooden structure. Instead of setting the posts for our covered structure in concrete, the builders built it on top of the deck and after a year, the entire structure started to lean. They addressed this problem (after we contacted the Fishers building inspector) and had to rip up part of our deck and reconstruct it.

Then, over the past two years, our deck started to sink. After pulling up several boards, we discovered that the support posts were not properly set in concrete, and all of the ones near the house had been sinking in the backfill. So now we have to rip up half the boards on our deck, jack it up, address the problem, and replace/re-stain the boards. Although we would have been capable of building the deck by ourselves, we wanted to save time and energy by hiring a "professional," and it has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Good Nature installed an irrigation system for us, and they were absolutely wonderful to work with. They worked with our schedule to arrange for an initial consultation (none of this "we'll be there between noon and 5" business... they showed up on time), and they made sure during that initial discussion that they very clearly walked through the entire process - from start to finish. They were thorough without being patronizing.

Then, once the work started, they really did an excellent job. They don't arrive with an enormous crew and try to finish the job in an afternoon. They took their time, worked deliberately and made sure everything was done to the highest specifications.

Once the work was complete, they took the time again to meet with us, walk us through the system, answer questions, describe the maintenance procedures and make sure we were 100% satisfied customers. And, we are!

We had quotes from several landscapers that were so vague, it was ridiculous. When Good Nature came out, they were pleasant to speak with, came up with a great design, showed us the costs and options, discussed a couple of changes to the design and executed their design flawlessly. Our yard looks AMAZING!! They even came out a year later and did some swap outs of some bushes that didn't look so good. Excellent company!!

Good Nature installed our landscaping years ago and now we use them every spring to trim our mature bushes and trees. They do a great job, trimming everything so professionally and taking the mess with them! Love them!

Excellent service! I love coming home to my lawn after they've cut it. The owners are both professional and personal, and are always a pleasure to work with.

In general, the mulch job was good. Only complaint is the guys dumped mulch on top of plants beginning to bloom, and pile up mulch around the base of trees. Took me a day to clean-up the over zealous mulch dumping.

These guys are absolutely amazing! We had our whole property mulched and they did everything perfectly! Highly recommend and will be using them again!
