Hawkins lawn care are extremely professional and mow and landscape at a very high level. Randall takes care of my yard every year and me and my family wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of my lawn. This company cares about the customer and truly listens to customers needs. I always say why choose a lame duck when you can hire a hawk!

Hawkins Lawn Care has done an amazing job for us and many of our neighbors. They are very punctual and do great work. I would highly recommend to anyone needing yard work done.

Called last week and made appointment with Randall to meet on April 23rd, 2025 at my home to have my landscaping looked at for mulch removal and rock installation. The owner seemed professional. Wednesday came. No show. No phone call. No text. Called again on Thursday only to get answering service. Left message. No text, No return call. If this is the sign of a professional lawn service, I want no parts of it. A courteous phone call is the least he could have done. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Hawkins Lawn Care came in when I was in a pinch and have done a amazing job with my yard. They communicate well with any changes or things they see in the yard that is out of the norm. They are always on schedule and give advanced notice if they will be late and are flexible if you get in a pinch to work through payments. They truly are there for their customers and take great pride in their work. I will recommend them to anyone looking for lawn care.

A/C froze up in our house in Charlestown. Arrived within an hour of calling. Cleaned and inspected the unit inside and out. Fixed the problem quickly and professionally. Did not try to upsell, he explained what he did, why he did, and the results i would get. The rate was very competitive. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend. Will get my business if i have any other A/C - Heating issues.

What a great experience. Service was very professional and reasonably priced. Tommy came out on Sunday evening to repair my furnace within 30 minutes of me calling. I definitely will be calling them when I need Hvac service in the future.

I can not say enough good things about Tom! I have used him several times in the past. Like any other time I've had to call him today for my AC unit and he was here within the hour (on a Saturday). Very personable, thorough and affordable. I will never use anyone else as long as he's in business.

We were referred to Air Value Heating & Cooling by a friend and we are so happy with our experience. Tommy went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and a top priority. He made sure the job was done right and did not cut any corners, which we appreciated. He was also either right on time or arrived a few minutes earlier than when we were told to expect him. Our new unit has a 10 year warranty with a 1 year labor warranty. It runs so much quieter than our previous unit. Air Value Heating & Cooling was extremely helpful and easy to contact. We are so glad we shopped locally and will definitely use Air Value again in the future!

Had issues cooling over the weekend and called first thing Monday morning. Within 30 mins, Tom showed up, quickly diagnosed the problem, and got right to work. He also checked for any other potential issues while he was here. House is blowing cold again.

Our AC went out while we were under a heat advisory (90+ temps with 100+ real feel). Tom and Angel were great at communicating with us and were able to come out extremely quickly. Tom got our air back on and running within an hour. Great people to work with and amazing service!
