Called Roto Rooter Plumbing and Water Cleanup in Chicago to assess and address a pipe leak in my ceiling. I had utilized their services previously, and they did a great job with another issue. Brandon helped us with our leak and completed the job relatively quickly, was able to fix a copper pipe leak from a water line with no issues during and afterwards. He appropriately waited and tested to make sure no further leak occurred after the repair. I highly recommend Roto Rooter and technician Brandon for any services that need a professional’s touch.

My only complaint is that they had to send two people for two different, small tasks. But the technicians themselves were great. I think it cost us a lot more money though to have 2 appts for two small tasks versus one visit.

Kemal, is an excellent plumber! He assisted us with our faucet issues and some other work that we needed as well! I recommended his service to anyone who is looking for someone who knows what they are doing. Root-Rooter should be proud to have him at there company!!!!

This review is for TIM who did our pipe/sewer service. Excellent worker, he used his cable to clean the entire pipe that leads out to the main sewer line in the center of our courtyard. Extra attention found a significant collect of wet tree roots. To see that glob of roots was something that customers don’t often see. A BIG THANK YOU to TIM for a job well done and service with a personality. Roto Rooter has an excellent employee, in TIM. I’m writing this for C. Suski the owner of the townhouse.👍

Two technicians came out to my home to help me with some services and I like that they did a thorough review of what the problem was, but I just feel like it was too expensive. One guy seem like he was trying to be honest, but the other one was just looking for ways to make extra money and charge. I’m not sure if I will use them again not that they were bad service people, but I didn’t like how costly everything was. I would think about it. Thank you for the two that came out. I would appreciate their help

Honest, respectful, and you could tell it wasn't their first day on the job. Great quality service and will definitely call again if needed. Kitchen sink working again, thank you, and provided insight how to remedy for future.

He let us know everything he was doing along the way and gave us some great tips on how to maintain our drain/sewer system and keep it flowing problem free. Very knowledgeable and kind. A pleasant experience from start to finish. We were very impressed with his professionalism.

Waited over 24 hours just to end up getting another company to come out before them. Kept telling me different timeframes, between 2-4, then 6-7 then can’t show till 8-10 AM. Now they’re telling me Noon. Ended up cancelling, had requested a certain technician at first if available, didn’t bother to tell me till now that he’s off this weekend so they kept postponing me because of it. Even though after the first switch up I told them I don’t care who, I have no water at all.

Couldn’t have asked for better service from the manager and the Technician. As far as I’m concerned, they went above and beyond what they had to. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Called RotoRooter for a clogged sink late in the afternoon. Not even an hour, job was done. I am a repeat customer and same consistency of their service, quick and prompt. The discount they gave me for being a repeat customer was an add-in Bonus !!!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Daniel, Tech #2153, from Roto-Rooter Chicago, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the service we received. Daniel was incredibly knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue with our clogged sewer line. Not only did he explain everything clearly, but he also took the time to answer our questions with patience and professionalism.

His friendly attitude and dedication to resolving the problem made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Thanks to Daniel’s expertise, our sewer line is now flowing perfectly again.

I'm giving Roto-Rooter a 3 star purely based on price. They answered the phone, sent someone out same day, cleared a blockage in between a kitchen and laundry, and cleaned up. They were going to charge us $775.00 for the clean-out. Shocked by the price, we asked if that was normal and the tech said he would reach out to his boss to see if they could drop the price. They discounted the clean-out to $629.00 for us...which, I believe, is still VERY high for what was done. Overall, I would recommend if you are in a pinch, but would probably find someone else next time.

Friendly Technician, fast service, I feel that I was Overcharged for actual work $400.00. Same service was quoted for $175.00 by an
