Reviews of local pros in Monrovia, Indiana

This is our first season with Parks Outdoor Maintenance, and the results have been fantastic. They’ve mowed our two-acre property five times now, and they do a much better job of mowing and trimming than I do - just ask my wife! Beyond their high-quality work, every employee I’ve encountered has been thoroughly polite and professional. Kudos to Parks!

Some of the worst drivers on the road!

Good people, reasonable prices, and reliable.

Very professional and polite does great work in a timely matter. Would highly recommend.

Did a great job on my mulch. My house is beautiful again.

This business and it's owners is amazing. They are some of the most reputable individuals I have ever met and I take every opportunity to work with them because of it.

Parks has been my commercial landscaper & snow removal experts for over 5 years. They are consistent, professional and do a great job for us. Finding a great Landscaping company is tough. Save yourself the trouble (and possible damage to your property) and just call Parks, first!

At best I can say they are unreliable or just don't care. A year or so ago I had a heart attack and needed a dozen bushes cut down around my home. The nice lady who answered the phone assured my no job was to small and someone would get back with me for an estimate. Forward 6 mos..no call back so I tried once more. The girl was so apologetic and said she would give the message to her boss and someone would definitely get back with me. Forward 6 mos later no call back and did it myself. Now I'm looking for someone to put in a new patio for us and not at all interested in using this company.

Took our $1000.00 deposit two months ago. Gave a "Plan to start" date of 2nd week of November. Today is the END of the THIRD WEEK week in November with not even a courtesy call to provide us with any updates, changes of plans, or even attempts of any kind. Poor customer communication thus far, with no information to go on. Will update this review in December. Can't leave review on Angi's list as they aren't Angi approved, nor BBB accredited.

I've used Parks for my company business and personal property, always a pleasure to work with. The Christmas lights were abeautiful addition to our holiday season. They are always my first call.

Excellent group of people! I hesitate to even call them a company, they are just a great family of people who can do about anything! From a beautiful huge complete Barn remodel, installing our new water softener in our house, Spring cleanup, Installing an antique Street light for me and we are currently on the list to have a soffit repair, they’ve done it all!
Honest, reliable, fair and friendly !
