This company will over charge you. Especially if you're using your home warranty. They wanted to charge my home warranty so much to where I have to come out of pocket 1k+. I found another company who fixed the issue for $130.

The owner Todd is rude and doesn't care about about wasting your time. He doesn't communicate well at all. It took them over a week to finish an issue of a hot water heater they had just installed. Just an over bad experience. I do not recommend.

We’ve used Impact Home Services & Remodeling twice and had great experiences both times. Todd is honest, responsive, and does quality work.

First, they installed AC in my workshop (a pole barn with 18-ft ceilings). Other companies quoted much higher prices, but Todd properly sized a unit that works perfectly without trying to upsell anything unnecessary.

More recently, we had an emergency water line issue near the meter. Todd came out the same day, then returned that weekend with an excavator to track down the problem. He found and repaired an old buried pressure-reducing valve and relocated it into the garage so we can easily monitor it going forward.

Fair pricing, solid workmanship, and great communication. Highly recommend Todd and Impact Home Services & Remodeling.

Todd and Mark were great in helping me get a new tankless water heater! They provided me a fair quote for some additional work to be done and were able to work within my budget to help get a price that was affordable.
They came out and completed the job in a timely manner and walked me through the finished product and allowed me to ask any additional questions I had.

Economy is a good trustworthy company. Their technicians are amazingly knowledgeable my installation. Team was wonderful and the owners worked with me and we’re very kind with highly recommend the company.

Deven was on time and did a fast neat job cleaned up reprogrammed water filter and softener. I’m very happy with economies work and would use them again for anything heating cooling and plumbing . thanks, Deven and economy for such a good job.

Michael came to the house to troubleshoot our heat-pump that was making spiritic noises with the fan. He checked the electrical out and solved the problem. Beats having to buy a new fan. Economy is: Great, Honest, Fair priced, Knowledgeable, and based on Christian principles.

We recently had a new heating, air conditioning and air cleaning system installed by Economy. They had repaired our old air conditioning unit twice, and we decided it was time for a new system. Darin came out and looked at our old system. He provided three preliminary estimates; one for a system comparable to what we had, and two for upgraded systems. We decided to go with the middle system. Darin provided us with a formal proposal, and the installation was scheduled. They came out as promised and installed the new system in less than 8 hours, including the cleanup and removal of the old system. Darin came back 4 weeks later, checked the system and answered any questions we had.
We found that Economy is professional, honest and punctual. We look forward to working with them to maintain our new system.

Cj came out today to help me diagnose a water heater and was so helpful. Great dude! He really went above and beyond answering my questions and helping explain things to me. He’s made me a lifetime client and I’ll be sending anyone who needs a referral your guys way.

Economy HVAC recently upgraded our electric furnace with an A/C condenser to a high efficiency Heat Pump System. The crew arrived when they were scheduled to arrive and worked way past a normal work day in order to ensure the new system was operating correctly. They worked consistently and diligently to ensure a timely install. The crew cleaned up after themselves and the install and upgrade was perfect.

Additionally, Economy installed an On Demand Gas Hot water heater. With the same exceptionable skill and professionalism the entire project was completed with Quality Control steps and efficiency that is unmatched.

Economy has always been great to us, we’ve gone to them for years now. They’ve recently replaced our water heater and gave us great advice on where to go, what to do, and how to maintain its life. They’re always professional and respectful and great with communication. They installed the new water heater really quickly and followed up. I’d definitely recommend them.

July 29, 2024, the team from Economy came to our house to install an air conditioning unit in our upstairs. They were on time, professional, courteous and did a wonderful job. I made sure I got all their names, Darren, the one who came and quoted the job, and also came the day of installation, to make sure everything was good. Avery, the job leader and his 2 coworkers, Robert and Sam. They worked hard and arranged the installation to what we asked for. Later on, John brought parts needed to finish the job and Mat came from another job, he just finished to assist with ours. I have to say it was true teamwork and a job well done. I have been a customer for many, many years. The technician came out for my maintenance cleaning and found some things that needed addressed. I was quoted a price. I agreed to the price. The first technician did his part while he was here. I was charged for a hour and half of labor. I had to have a different one out for the second part as it was a plumbing need. My concern is that the second technician billed for a hour and half of labor and was only here for 30 minutes.This was a concern for me as their hourly rate is rather substantial. I called the office and talked to a young lady, I believe her name was Shana. She was very helpful and respectful. She said she would get with the office manager as she could understand my concern. He called me back. I believe his name was Jim. He was very condescending from the beginning. I have never had a issue with Economy until this instance. I felt as if they were being dishonest about the billing and the hours spent to do the job. I have been a loyal customer because they are local and faith based and until this instance I felt they were very honest. The job was done. Thats not the issue. Needless to say I will be looking for another Hvac/plumbing company.

Jeff was very thorough and efficient. He checked our entire heating system, cleaned the nozzle and replaced an outside gasket and filter. He also gave us some very honest recommendations.
We are scheduled for an Estimate to replace our old 35+ year old oil furnace with a new gas furnace system.
We have had many people come to service our furnace throughout the years, but Economy and Jeff have by far been the best we have ever had. We will be staying with Economy!
