I had a pool of water in the basement around my water Tank! Inital concerns by team were it was coming from the tank. On day of repair, Tyler meticulously evaluated the issue and found a clogged drain under my furnace. I feel another service might have just changed the tank without batting an eye but for now my tank was fine! Thanks again! Tyler fixed the drain for me and so far so good.

The Plumber was efficient, polite, friendly and overall did a great job installing our new kitchen faucet. He even modified the hole in the sink a bit to accommodate the new sprayer. Very impressed with the service!

Jay from Feikema did an amazing job in my home today. He was punctual, polite and tidy. Jay routed out the floor drain in my basement quickly. He also repaired a leaky toilet, taking the time to go purchase the part I needed to complete the job today, instead of coming back another time. We recently called Dirk for a new garbage disposal. He sent a man out in a couple of days (we had told him there was no rush). Jimmy was so nice and did great work! I am grateful for Dirk and Jimmy every time I flip that switch and hear the gears grind :)

First of all I received Feikema Plumbing referral through Berts Heating and Cooling for a backed-up kitchen sink wouldn't drain. Dirk was right on it and in less than half an hour, Jay and Peter arrived pronto; they got to work and the job was done within an hour pretty much. The guys were great, professional, friendly, nice to talk to and answered my questions, cleaned up good. I highly recommend them, and the cost for the work performed was fair and reasonable. I came home last night and I had water standing in my double-sided sink. I tried my best to get things to drain properly. Nothing worked. I called my son-in-law who is a licensed plumber and he worked very hard to get me going again but after about two hours of snaking my drain, he said that all evidence pointed to a main sewer line block. He said to call Feikema Plumbing and sanitation and that they would solve my problems. My daughter called them at about 8:00 pm and they texted her back that she would be contacted early the next morning and that's just what happened. A real person contacted her very early in the morning and said that our job would be their second stop and be at the job site at about 9:30am. They got here at about 9:30 and introduced themselves to me as Jay and Peter. They were here about two hours and when they were done, everything worked as it is supposed to. They were a very friendly and an efficient team. They were pleasant and also experienced with 30 years of doing the same drain cleaning, which showed. Things that we couldn't"t do before, but now can are bathing, washing clothes, washing dishes, using toilets, etc. All of these things are taken for granted until they are taken away from you through clogged sewer lines.
