Dirk and his crew came out on an emergency basis to drain our septic tank that was backing up in into our bathrooms and toilets. They were able to come the next day and did a great job at a great price to drain and rod out our septic system. Exceptional experience! Highly recommend!

Feikama has been our plumber of choice for many years now and I truly appreciate them! Dirk always makes sure that we’re taken care of no matter the situation. One time I was at work and couldn’t get home to help with out when the water heater blew up on us and I was worried about my wife having to deal with it. If I could give this company 100 stars ⭐️ I would. We ran into some pretty major issues and they were literally there within minutes! Eased our minds as much as they could for the time being. We thought we had everything under control. Last night emergency erupted (literally) in our basement. I reached out to them but it was after hours. They called us first thing this morning. Eased our minds yet AGAIN by a simple phone call and got someone to us within the hour. Jimmy was amazing. Knowledgeable. Helpful. All the things. Got everything fixed up. Made us feel so much better. He didn’t make it seem like he was there just to work. He was friendly and talked to us like friends not just people he was collecting money from. Dirks (I hope I spelled that right) - was awesome and so helpful to deal with over the phone. I’m so grateful we chose them in our time of need and so thankful to now have a plumber in our phone if we ever need one again. We don’t feel like we were taken advantage of. We don’t feel like they tried to take us for our money. They were just honest and really good at what they do.

This is our second time using them. I’ve been using them since we moved here to NWI and they’re fantastic. They come out pretty quickly, diagnose professionally and efficiently and get the work done quick, and they charge you a fair price. I couldn’t be happier. This time, though I called back in to change my appointment and the owner didn’t put my name down he forgot, but it happens. I’m very understanding and am still a five star review. We had Cody come to our home today, he was great and I highly recommend him.

Superb work! Chad showed up before the office could call me! LOL! Talk about fast! Chad was kind and courteous, he showed me what he had to do and how long it would take. He finished before his estimated time and that included clean up! I will ALWAYS call Feikema first!

When I first moved into my house, the previous owners had put several Feikema stickers on the drain stack in the basement. Several years later, I fully understand why. Feikema does great work, plumbers are nice and courteous (and explain what they're doing), and pricing is extremely reasonable. I've used them several times over the years now for a variety of plumbing issues. I've never had a reason to call up a different plumber because Feikema is the best.
