Jared and Jonathan were great to work with. They did the pool, deck, and gabled roof. The work was done in 2021, and we love it more with each season. They have a building background and it shows up in the craftsmanship of their work. Would definitely use them again, and highly recommend to anyone!

We hired Wetscapes based on reading multiple reviews and meeting with Jared. We had multiple quotes and they were the best by far as far as product knowledge, design and knowing exactly what to do. Our pool was placed in November in about 2 weeks and opened in May. We have had no issues. They answer questions in a very timely matter, always show up when they say they will, and do great work.

I would definitely recommend Wetscapes for any of your pool or pool house needs. They were very professional and I love that it's a family business. Top to bottom they cover it all from drawing up blue prints, excavating the land, installing the pool and spa shells, plumbing, concrete, turf, bricking, painting, roofing, and electrical. They are truly passionate about their projects and don't cut any corners. They were out in all weather and even checked on our pool on more than one Sunday night after hours when rain was coming to make sure the temporary pumps were working. If you are looking for a pool company who is creative, punctual, and professional, look no further!! After reading all of the wonderful online reviews about Wetscapes and meeting with them initially to design our backyard oasis, before we even signed the contract, I knew we picked the right pool partner. Putting in a backyard pool is not only a physically and mentally exhausting endeavor, but also a major investment. I was reassured at the beginning, middle, and end of the project that we made the absolute best choice in Wetscapes.

Design Phase – When Jared met with my wife and I initially (~late Summer ’24), we had a rough idea of what we wanted, but we had a tough time envisioning it. Jared was respectful, calm, and helped drive suggestions for us that led to our final design. He truly coached us and led the design process, which I really appreciated.

Implementation Phase – The project commenced early Oct ’24. The scope of our project included a retaining wall around the backyard, a 40ft freeform fiberglass pool, and 1,300 sq ft of concrete. Jonathan & team moved swiftly to dig out the space in the backyard before the pool was hoisted over our home and strategically placed. Most people would have some serious anxiety watching that, but I had full confidence in the Wetscapes team and they delivered flawlessly. They were always punctual and set appropriate expectations on when and what they were going to be doing each day. Having a contractor, who I did not have to micromanage or be concerned of, was a huge relief, especially on a project this size. Even mid-project, when my wife and I decided to change the scope a tad and bump out the retaining wall more (even though it had already started to be constructed), the Wetscapes team was supportive and creative in the new design. The concrete team was also very impressive to watch. They completed all of the concrete work in 2 days.

Project Completion – When the project wrapped up, it was wintertime. This was the plan all along. We knew the size of this project starting in the fall ’24, would allow us to use the pool starting in Spring of ’25. In early May ‘25, it was time to open the pool! The Wetscapes team came out and helped open and clean out the pool. They also gave me tips and tricks on best ways to care for the pool. Even though the project is now complete, we’ve built such a great relationship that I feel comfortable reaching out with questions and they are always happy to answer.
