I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves one. They came and looked at the work I wanted done, a fairly major job costing several thousand dollars. They gave me a quote, which I accepted, and we scheduled to begin three weeks later. I cleared my week so I could be available for them to access my home and complete the work. And they not only didn’t show up, they never even called or texted to let me know. I reached out to find out what happened and he said he was just really busy and would need to reschedule for a couple weeks later. I scheduled with this electrician not once, not twice, but THREE separate times—and each time they failed to show up. No call, no text, no warning. Just complete silence. And this wasn't for a minor job, this was an important one, we were relying on them to ensure the safety of our home.

What’s even worse is the total lack of communication. After the first no-show, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Things happen. But after the second and third missed appointments with zero follow-up or accountability, it’s clear this is just how they operate.

This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially when people are taking time out of their day to be available. If you value your time or need reliable service, look elsewhere. I would not trust this person with any job, big or small.
