Always pick up and the drivers are not messy and will pick I what falls out unlike some company’s will just leave it and move on ! Also can’t beat the prices

I have been with the NA City Boys Sanitation for over one year and until this last week was very pleased, but as of 12/22/2014 I will be looking for a new sanitation company.
I pay by the year so my next bill will be due in January however I will not be renewing with these guys.
On 12/15/2014 I set a mattress out for pick up along with my regular trash. The garbage men failed to pick it up. I called the company and they said I should have called ahead. I apologized and said consider this my calling ahead and I will have it brought back into the house and have it out next Monday. The man on the phone said alright we will get it on Monday.
On Monday 12/22/2014 I had my son to again carry the mattress to the trash and after the garbage men came I got out of the house and to my surprise there sat the mattress. I called and was told that they would be back by on their route to go to the landfill and would pick it up then.
12/23/2014 Mattress still there, I am going to have to pay to have this hauled away. I have the biggest problem with being lied to. I don't know that they ever had any intention of coming back by to get this but it's obvious it's my problem now. These guys LIE!.

Came by our house and didn't pick up our trash. Called and they said they'd "try" to come back around and get it - they did not. Unreliable.

They are the worst sanitation company ever. If there is a forecast of bad weather, forget about trash being picked up. I put out my trash 3 different days because they kept on telling me it would be picked up but no show and no apologies. Called to find out when they would pick up since they cannot "risk" their lives today and they cannot give any date before the next pick up date. I'm going back to Sweetland. Never had any problems with them. Buyers beware... you get what you pay for when you go with N.A City Boys Sanitation, very poor service.

I used them for a number of years because I really like the people that own the place but after having multiple trash cans destroyed I switched to sweetland... The owners of the business are great they're very nice people but their employees throw your cans around and act like animals.. I could hear them cussing like crazy while throwing my cans in the ditch

I love the service but yall really need a way to pay online because I have no time to pay over the phone or no time to drop off my payment at yalls location. I work on weekends and weekdays 12 hr shifts and just don't have the time to pay. when I do have the time at work its on my lunch break and I'm guessing yall are on lunch too cuz I never get an answer. pls fix this because imma have to end up changing to a different company just so I can pay my bill.

They have been great. Like everyone else the miss me once in a blue moon but always rectify. I need some special services and they were more than willing to meet my needs.

I am new to their service and it has been horrible. The last THREE weeks, our trash has not been picked up. I have called every week and they promise to ensure the driver will pick it up next week.
The second week it happened, I asked if they could come out on an off day because everything was piling up, they told me no.
So last week came and went and nothing again. I have tried to call, no answer.
It is cheap, but your getting what you pay for.

I've been using this company for a bit now . No problems with the service and if by some chance I get miss (new employee, driver) they call in the team and make sure that I'm good. 5☆☆☆☆☆ Sanitation service all the time.

Been with them a year, service has been okay, trying to call them on the phone has always been a nightmare, but whatever, maybe they're always busy, this week though. My kids got lazy and put the bags next to the curb instead of on the street next to the trash cans and I get a picture this week from my wife of all the trash bags still there with the empty trash cans thrown on top of them as if to rub it in or something. Ridiculous. My neighbors keep telling me to use Sweetland, but I'll ride this quarter out, see what happens.

I've had a few minor problems with my trash collection in the 7+ years I've been with Blevins sanitation but the employee's were great at getting it worked out. For the money I definitely won't complain. Over all I'm very pleased with them.

They randomly decide not to show up for trash pickup. Sometimes they don't take all of the trash out of the can. When you try to contact them, they are impossible to reach. That's no way to run a business.

I set up service on 10/10 to begin 10/21. When I called to inquire as to why nobody had been stopping (for 3 weeks) I was told that she'd put a note in our account to be sure and stop this Friday. I asked for someone to come on an off day and was told there "Wouldn't be a truck in my area until Friday, but she'd do what she could." So, I'm stuck with almost 4 weeks of garbage because I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and I didn't call immediately to alert them. I switched because our neighbors were raving about how much cheaper the service is than our previous trash collection service, and so far I'm extremely unimpressed.

Trash can left in the center of the driveway. I asked the driver not to do that and it happened again. My wife had to get out of the car and move it out of the way while her car was in the road with traffic coming.

Great service. They have only missed my trash once in 6 years. It was my fault as came earlier than normal so should have put it out night before. Owner is very personable and ready to solve any issues that may arise. Office lady is very professional and helpful. Guys on truck never leave a mess like my neighbors trash service.

These are the sweetest, nicest gentlemen I have had the pleasure of meeting. I called Blevin’s sanitation (no relation) because a friend highly recommended them. Now I see why. I asked one of the felllows if I needed to move my garbage to the street, I live on a stone road and he said absolutely not - put it right at the end of your driveway so you don’t have to step in the mud! Totally impressed!

2 strikes so far. 1st strike is when they threw our garbage can in the truck. I called to complain and was told they'd replace it. They did not. 2nd strike - sent a Facebook message about garbage pickup Thanksgiving week - it was missed and asked what happened and if we would get a credit. they saw the message but chose not to respond. Customer service should be a priority (also, another annoyance is the inability to pay the bill on-line or for the year). Sweetland is a little more, but thinking about switching.

We've been using Blevins since we moved down here from Indy. This morning I'd forgotten to take our dumpsters to the curb. I look out my window and see a man in the driveway. THEY WALKED DOWN THE DRIVEWAY TO MAKE SURE OUR TRASH GOT TAKEN. Very friendly guys. They help keep you from making that stupid mistake. AND they have the best rates of any trash collection company out here.

Haven’t had pick up in 4 weeks road was clear of ice last week! they came today a day late but took everything I had piled up

Blevins has been an amazing company to use! Their price is extremely affordable! We started using them when Rumpke kept increasing their amount for no reason and no warning. Now we pay less than half of what we used to pay.
This group of hard workers definitely get the job done. We usually only place one can at the road but they allow more if needed.
