Oeffinger Crone Heating and Cooling did a wonderful job installing my new heat pump! When my a/c quit during 80 degree weather, they were here to look into what was going on, explained the issue, and scheduled installation of a new heat pump faster than I could say, "Geez it's HOT in here! " What a relief to again have cool air flowing through my house in this summer heat! Had one very minor issue with the blower speed needing adjustment, and they were here that day to take care of it. You can't go wrong with these folks! No wonder a friend of mine gave me a such glowing recommendation regarding their work. He had been using their company for decades. No doubt they earn their stellar reputation with every single customer they serve.

Oeffinger Crone Heating & Cooling Inc. was wonderful through the whole process of getting my new HVAC system installed. I had information from four other companies, and Oeffinger Crone Heating & Cooling gave me the price/warranty/financing, and service.
Sean came to take a look at my system and discussed what their company could do, cost and warranty would cover the HVAC system. Sean, was friendly and very informative. Sean explained things in a way that was easy to understand.
Beth, was very helpful with all the emails and calls I made to ask questions about the system, financing, etc.
On the installation day, Grant and Evan showed up to install my new HVAC system. They were very friendly, explained what they were going to do and got right to work. The job was completed in a very timely manor. After they were finished, Grant explained everything about my new heat pump and AC unit. Grant explained how my new digital thermostat worked. My old system was electric heat/AC/analog thermostat. I love my new HVAC system!
