I have been with them for about 10yrs and no problems I would tell anyone to give them a call because they have the best worker's i would give them 10 stars if I could there worker's are very nice

The best service we have ever worked with. The office staff is friendly and helpful and the disposal truck and men are very prompt and neat in their duties.

They park on the wrong side/middle of the road which blocks traffic on a already narrow road. Then the driver walks to the front of the truck and is trying to fix a bad headlight at 7:54 on a foggy morning. He couldn't keep it working, so finally gave up and just drove on to his next pickup. All this while blocking several cars and a school bus with kids on a dark rural road. Very dangerous and unacceptable! Next time I'll call law enforcement.

If I could give them a zero I would. I personally watched them remove documents from my trash and took the documents to the front cab with them. When I called to voice my concern, I was basically brushed off, saying"they would look into it" No apology, nothing!! BEWARE!!! I feel they are trying to steal identity or what ever other info they can.

I used to use this service but switched because they rarely picked my trash up. My neighbor still uses them but after this week she may switch as well. She set out 3 cans. They emptied 2 of them but left one because there was a piece of mail in there with my address and they assumed that I was setting my can over there and not paying for service. Her daughter's babysit my kids on a daily basis. My kids sometimes get our mail and throw away any junk mail at the neighbors house before we get home or I may throw it away there as Im picking up the kids. It is not uncommon to find a piece of my mail in the neighbors trash due to my kids being there everyday. I can see their point of not wanting to pickup for 2 households however there was no more trash than usual. I always have 2 or 3 cans out there every week. If there were more cans than usual I could see the concern but there was the same amount as always. My main concern here is why are they going through the trash and looking at peoples documents?? They spent more time doing that then it would have taken to just empty the can. Im sure they will be losing another customer.

Excellent company and the most affordable price in my area and always very polite whenever I have any questions. I highly recommend them.

Good service. Always performed neat service. Never left trash on ground always cleaned up. Rates are very reasonable. It has been the best sanitation company I have. Thanks to them for taking care of all my needs. I recommend to anyone out there that is looking for a good sanitation company. Thanks to all the workers at na city boys.

Had Blevins in New Washington Indiana, we bolt a house in Memphis In. And Blevins is the only service we will use . Fast and friendly service

The price is great but when they only pick up 2/10 times in the last two and a half months I'd say the service isn't that great. You call and complain and nothing is ever done it's always I'll call the driver. When asked for a reimbursement or credit because they havent preformed the service paid for I'm told they dont do that and someone will have to call me back. Still waiting on that call. Customer service is beyond lacking.

Always pick up and the drivers are not messy and will pick I what falls out unlike some company’s will just leave it and move on ! Also can’t beat the prices

I have been with the NA City Boys Sanitation for over one year and until this last week was very pleased, but as of 12/22/2014 I will be looking for a new sanitation company.
I pay by the year so my next bill will be due in January however I will not be renewing with these guys.
On 12/15/2014 I set a mattress out for pick up along with my regular trash. The garbage men failed to pick it up. I called the company and they said I should have called ahead. I apologized and said consider this my calling ahead and I will have it brought back into the house and have it out next Monday. The man on the phone said alright we will get it on Monday.
On Monday 12/22/2014 I had my son to again carry the mattress to the trash and after the garbage men came I got out of the house and to my surprise there sat the mattress. I called and was told that they would be back by on their route to go to the landfill and would pick it up then.
12/23/2014 Mattress still there, I am going to have to pay to have this hauled away. I have the biggest problem with being lied to. I don't know that they ever had any intention of coming back by to get this but it's obvious it's my problem now. These guys LIE!.

Came by our house and didn't pick up our trash. Called and they said they'd "try" to come back around and get it - they did not. Unreliable.

They are the worst sanitation company ever. If there is a forecast of bad weather, forget about trash being picked up. I put out my trash 3 different days because they kept on telling me it would be picked up but no show and no apologies. Called to find out when they would pick up since they cannot "risk" their lives today and they cannot give any date before the next pick up date. I'm going back to Sweetland. Never had any problems with them. Buyers beware... you get what you pay for when you go with N.A City Boys Sanitation, very poor service.

I used them for a number of years because I really like the people that own the place but after having multiple trash cans destroyed I switched to sweetland... The owners of the business are great they're very nice people but their employees throw your cans around and act like animals.. I could hear them cussing like crazy while throwing my cans in the ditch

I love the service but yall really need a way to pay online because I have no time to pay over the phone or no time to drop off my payment at yalls location. I work on weekends and weekdays 12 hr shifts and just don't have the time to pay. when I do have the time at work its on my lunch break and I'm guessing yall are on lunch too cuz I never get an answer. pls fix this because imma have to end up changing to a different company just so I can pay my bill.

They have been great. Like everyone else the miss me once in a blue moon but always rectify. I need some special services and they were more than willing to meet my needs.

I am new to their service and it has been horrible. The last THREE weeks, our trash has not been picked up. I have called every week and they promise to ensure the driver will pick it up next week.
The second week it happened, I asked if they could come out on an off day because everything was piling up, they told me no.
So last week came and went and nothing again. I have tried to call, no answer.
It is cheap, but your getting what you pay for.

I've been using this company for a bit now . No problems with the service and if by some chance I get miss (new employee, driver) they call in the team and make sure that I'm good. 5☆☆☆☆☆ Sanitation service all the time.

Been with them a year, service has been okay, trying to call them on the phone has always been a nightmare, but whatever, maybe they're always busy, this week though. My kids got lazy and put the bags next to the curb instead of on the street next to the trash cans and I get a picture this week from my wife of all the trash bags still there with the empty trash cans thrown on top of them as if to rub it in or something. Ridiculous. My neighbors keep telling me to use Sweetland, but I'll ride this quarter out, see what happens.

I've had a few minor problems with my trash collection in the 7+ years I've been with Blevins sanitation but the employee's were great at getting it worked out. For the money I definitely won't complain. Over all I'm very pleased with them.

They randomly decide not to show up for trash pickup. Sometimes they don't take all of the trash out of the can. When you try to contact them, they are impossible to reach. That's no way to run a business.
