Pro Trees took down three trees over 100 feet tall for Fincastle Heights Mutual Ownership Corporation recently in Camp Taylor. They did excellent and efficient work, finishing in three days. It was something to watch trees that tall cut in half and laid down in very tight conditions between other trees and buildings. It looked like they took great care for everyone’s safety. No one was hurt, nothing was damaged and they cleaned up. All in all it was quality work.

I am absolutely pleased with the work done by Pro Trees! It still blows my mind it was all done in one day. TC really took care of me, answered all of my questions. Him and his crew absolutely over delivered! I will be recommending Pro Trees to everyone I know.

Pro Trees did a great job dropping three trees for me. They strategically dropped the trees that were next to a shed and where I wanted them to fall. They were safe, careful, and had the right gear for the job.

I would highly recommend pro trees service. They were very professional and did an excellent job of removing an Oak tree from my backyard that was over a 100 foot tall. I was impressed by how well they used the crane to move the tree over the houses from my side yard without having to remove the fence. Was the best quote I received from three sources.

T.C. and his crew did an amazing job taking down the HUGE pine tree in my front yard. I was so nervous with it being so close to my house and power lines, but they handled it with ease. T.C. responded very quickly to texts or phone calls, and communicated with me throughout the whole process since I couldn't be on site during the removal. I can not recommend them enough. Once they ground up the stump, it doesn't look like a tree was ever even there. Exceptional job!!!

Poor communication, pricing isn’t bad but communication is terrible.First messages from May 15th , then when I messaged about a refund he said he was planning on coming out the next day (didn’t even notify me and it was already 2pm).. now radio silence. He also stated he has no “refund policy” and normally doesn’t deal with that but would get back with me . 2 weeks later nothing just keeps ignoring my messages. 300 dollars now gone.
