We waited 4 hours to have a tech walk out and pull a data recorder out of its housing and tell us we could leave. 4 hour wait to do a 15 second fix.

Can't fault them on their service, but as far as driver lounge :( its equivalent to a Doctor's office waiting room. Which in translation u ain't going b comfortable while u wait!

Nice tech came in this morning. Fixed my trlr quickly. Even in this freezing cold. Had to do on call. And he was prompt and nice. Yay.

Efficient and clean. There is a flying J nearby for while doing a Tval. There are plenty of shopping centers in the surrounding area that are large enough to park a semi for a few hours as well.

We once rated this company 5 stars ... the last 5 Webasto units that they have installed have been faulty poor workman ship . Once we try to get them repaired its always the run around day after day

As always I expect the best service at this location everybody treat you with respect they are all knowledgeable and help the driver to the best, I had an issue with my APU I called to ask a question I spoke with Mr. Adam he was very nice and knowledgeable and he directed me straight to the problem thank you Adam for For taking the time to explain to me about the problem and how to fix it God-bless you and have a great day

Came here to get our data recorder fixed....ANND we did! Very quick, friendly, honest and did us a favor of coming in on his day off!! If you don’t go here to get what you need for your thermo stuff, you went to the wrong place!! Highly recommend

Great shop! No appointment needed. I was able to get right in and have my apu diagnosed and fixed in a few hours time.

After having Thermo King in Greensboro, NC work on my APU I still had my problem. Got a chance to stop in here and it was GREAT. Once I arrived both women in the office where very nice. Was instructed to go drop my trailer and come back around where I was immediately pulled into a bay. The techs that worked on my APU where Tom and Adam. Do to there extreme knowledge, problem fixed. Thanks ALOT !!!!
