We found ourselves in a time crunch once another cleaner cancelled on us, and we were trying to get our house deep cleaned before an open house. I called Luke, and he got us booked for a deep clean within 48 hours! What a relief. He was very responsive and friendly. We had 2 cleaners who showed up promptly that morning and got to work. We were packing up to leave for the weekend, and they were very courteous as we ran around the house with our 3 month old trying to leave the house. They did a great job and got done before lunch.

My only complaint was that we did see water spots on our floors after they left. I texted about this, and they came back to redo the floors. However, the water spots were still there. I think whatever they used to mop just wasn’t working with the texture in our LVP flooring. Otherwise, the house looked great.

Pro Clean is so thorough and does such a great job making sure every floor and surface is touched. We have grown to love the crew and always look forward to cleaning day and an immaculate house when we come home. Would highly recommend this company!
