The technician was polite efficient. He did not try and up sell us. The AC was a bit low on coolant but said it was OK. We had them install our furnace a couple years ago and have been extremely happy with them.

Wayne did an awesome job solving and explaining the issue. He then explained how best to set up the thermostat to maximize efficiency and comfort. I will request him for all future services.

This was my first time using Paramedics. I just ask for a heating inspection. They were easy to schedule and the technician was on time. I know in time I will likely need more urgent services, this was a test. They passed with flying colors .

Aaron was incredible. We thought our propane water heater went out this morning. When we talked to Aaron on the phone he wanted to make sure to see it before saying what the problem could be. He came and found a busted pipe under the water heater and was able to fix that. He then stayed and made sure the propane got turned back on and everything was running properly before he left. Definitely will call back if we ever need help again!

Very happy with the service! The technician quickly discovered a duct run under the house was closed. Now that it is open the family room is the same temperature as the rest of the house rather than 3 degrees colder!

Bryce and Dan came out to evaluate a leak around our vent for our tankless water heater. They quickly evaluated the issue and were kind, professional and efficient. They resolved the issue quickly and fairly. They also discussed the repair with our roofing company. They went above and beyond . We would certainly recommend this company. We have worked with them for over 15 years and have always been satisfied with their work.

Plumbing and heating paramedics were not able to fix the problem that I had with my toilet. They had a snake that went down the toilet about 4 feet and couldn’t find what was walking the line. They wouldn’t go in from the outside of the house into the house because of Difficulty. They recommended I find a plumber/sewer person who could run a large snake through the line after they pulled the toilet. I called another plumber and they did have such a snake and would pull the toilet if necessary. That Plumber spent several options trying to fix the problem. Eventually pull the toilet and ran a snake through the line to clear it. My wife had used wipes that would not disintegrate and they had build up in the line. Please do not throw those wipes in the toilet. I didn’t find a plumber with a snake, who could go through the line from the inside of the house and fix my problem. However, it wasn’t Plumbing and hitting paramedics. They only charge me the $99 service fee.

The technician was on time, very professional and knowledgeable.
Work was done in a timely manner and clean up was excellent.

Aaron was very knowledgeable, prompt, very nice person. They replaced an ejector pump that went out over the weekend, causing my floor drain in the basement to back up. I called several plumbers in the area and Aaron promptly called me back within 15 minutes. Set an appointment came out to the house. Diagnosed the problem. Replaced the pump all in the same day. Great customer service and communication the entire way. Highly recommend Aaron and this company. I will be doing all my plumbing business with them going forward. It really was a great experience.
