Stephen came on a Sunday to help fix our furnace. He was able to find and fix the problem in no time! He walked us through everything and even gave us tips on how to keep our furnace in good condition. I could not have asked for a better technician! Thank you again Stephen!

My technician, Blake, was professional and did a good job. However, my brand‑new heating and air system has caused thousands of dollars in damage to my basement due to leaks from both the air conditioner and the heater.
Each time technicians have been out, I’ve requested a call from a supervisor, and I still haven’t received one. Blake even noted that a manager named James was supposed to contact me, but he never did.
I even gave the manager an extra week to reach out because of the recent cold snap and heavy snowfall, yet I still received no call. This level of communication is unacceptable for a system this new and the amount of damage it has caused.

Jace Yanez explained the issues with my aging furnace and water heater. He was very informative and efficient. Great service, as always, from Summers.
Cameron and assistant did a very professional tankless water heater installation.They upgraded my gas line, reconnected existing feeds and answered all my questions and concerns as well as keeping me informed of what they were doing throughout the day. Great installation. I’m very pleased with their work.
