Stephen came on a Sunday to help fix our furnace. He was able to find and fix the problem in no time! He walked us through everything and even gave us tips on how to keep our furnace in good condition. I could not have asked for a better technician! Thank you again Stephen!

Caleb at Summers was absolutely an answer to a prayer today, in person, and late last night, on the phone. Without his help I could not have slept for worrying. In brief, we had a lithium gel battery connected to our back-up sump pump go bad, while we were out, 3 nights ago. There was the smell of rotten eggs (hydrogen sulphide gas) throughout the whole house, when we got home. We had to open every door and window. Believing it to be something else, I called out a local A/C technician from Summers, who correctly diagnosed the problem, but couldn't do much more, that night. I personally disconnected everything, because the battery was dangerously hot. Believing the unit to be under guarantee, I called out my 'old plumbers', who had installed both my pumps, the next day. I had reported the hydrogen sulphide gas leak to them as well, and they sent out an assessor to diagnose the problem. He plugged the system back in, (it seemed okay for now) but recommended a replacement of the backup sump unit, or both units, that very afternoon, for immediate peace of mind, and I almost agreed. The back up pump was 4 years old. However, I decided to do some research, first. Pretty quickly I discovered that the battery back up was now unsafe and as 'Summers' was local and had been so helpful, I rang them in a panic.
Caleb called me as soon as he was free and talked me through disconnecting the back up battery from the A/C and making it safe. Then he came today and ran tests on both pumps through a monitor and the mains circuit, to ascertain that both pumps were fine, and cycling within limits. It was just the battery that was bad. It turned out these lithium gel batteries can be very dangerous if they are not maintained as they can overheat or get 'overcharged'. The gas leak was dodgy enough, but these things can explode!!! He recommended a self maintenance battery as a replacement and in the meantime he set the pumps to work in an alternating series. In this way I'm good until I organize the new battery replacement. Caleb has saved us a fortune and he was so good about explaining everything. I went back to my old plumber to explain that I won't be installing new units, and why.
You couldn't ask for a more helpful or reassuring technician than Caleb. I can't thank him enough.

Brad did an outstanding job installing a Navien tankless water heater and a twin tank carbon filter and water softener. He discussed the benefits of both new systems with me and answered all my questions. I would strongly recommend Brad to anyone looking for any kind of plumbing services.

Follow up:
We had the first of the service calls. Everything went great, they mentioned that our air was very dry and recommended a whole house humidifier. We had already been considering this and they gave us a very good price so we had them install it the next week. It makes a huge difference, less static shocks, our skin doesn't feel dry, very comfortable. Well worth it, we are very happy with Summers!

Initial visit:
We had a problem with our furnace not starting up correctly. We called Summers since they had many favorable reviews from our neighborhood. Once the issue was identified by the blinking error code they cleaned the flame sensor and the furnace started correctly. They were quick and efficient and we're very happy with how easy it was to contact them and the how quickly they arrived and solved the problem. We signed up for their service plan.

A experienced tech that was very particular about the quality of his work! I’m very satisfied with how he dismantled the old furnace and installed a wider furnace in a tight space. His partner replaced the compressor unit and also did a good job.

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling called me prior to Mike's arrival. Mike arrived promptly, and he was courteous and professional. He completed the job in the time frame specified, and he was very good at answering the questions I had. I highly recommend them!

Caleb is one heck of a representative for your company. Above and beyond in all aspects. We feel very comfortable with the advice he gave .... what a long workday for him. Very rarely do you find people like him.

Adam was super polite. He told him everything he had done on the tune up of the furnace. While the furnace is older he told me a few minor things to be aware of but nothing that requires immediate action. I appreciate that kind of honesty and not someone immediately trying to sell me a whole new unit. Great customer service.

So our furnace wasn’t working consistently and although I set the temperature to 71 when I wake up in the morning, I see it at 58. My wife calls Summer and within two hours they call back telling us there’s a technician in the area, Zach, who will come by he did just that and within an hour not just fixed the furnace but also did the annual check up while he was here as we have paid extra for monthly maintenance service with Summers. They have been fantastic for us and I highly recommend them for any of your needs!

Donavan B did a great job for my annual furnace tune up. He was very informative and helpful with a couple of questions I had! Very friendly and took the time to review what he did today.

Tyler Hough's visit was a regularly scheduled furnace check-up.
He came before and we were happy to see him again. He came early, though willing to wait. Did an amazing amount of checks, and explained them well. Cleaned the flame sensor. Reinstalled everything, better and cleaner than when he arrived.

Daniel came out for emergency service. He knew why my sump pump was spouting water in the basement, and stopped it. It was an emergency repair at night. I was glad he could come . He said it was a temporary fix and others should come out to assess the situation. Emergency fees applied, but my own plumber who I have a service agreement with wouldn’t come. Glad Summer was there. Daniel was very knowledgeable, polite and efficient

Stephen came after hours to an interesting situation. I had a bad experience with another company and called for a second opinion. He was thorough and caring. I’m a new fan of Summers! Thanks for coming to my rescue.

Daniel is a smart technician.. he was able to diagnose the problem immediately & did the right thing figuring out the possible solution (even though it took him a while to contact his supervisor). Highly recommended his services.

Had a pipe leaking water in the basement. Bailey was at my home in less than 20 minutes to fix the problem. He was knowledgeable, quick and efficient. Very happy with his service!

Brad was awesome! We had another plumbing company come out first and told us we needed to spend $$$$ to fix the problem and didn’t give us any other possible fixes. Brad diagnosed the problem and gave us a solve for a fraction of the cost. I would recommend him!!

Daniel was extremely helpful resolving our water leak issue and advising us as to how we can improve the water flow in and out of our hot water heater. He was so encouraging and took the time to explain things to help us better understand what we can expect, and how we can maintain the life or hot water here as well as our water system in the home.
