Had a tech from Felger Hart out to my home to replace toilet tank valve and flapper and shut off valve to toilet. Also check heat tape to make sure it is working and to replace damaged insulation on water line. The technician did a great job. I am very satisfied with his work.

I am very pleased with the American Standard Furnace and Air Conditioner that Felger Hart installed.
Everyone I had the pleasure of working with from the initial phone call to request a quote to the actual install was professional. I was impressed with all the technicians that came out (Tyler, Gabe and Colby) as their attention to detail and workmanship was top notch.
My situation was a little different as I wanted to pour a concrete pad for the outdoor unit. This meant they installed the furnace and then came back the next week to finish the air conditioner install. This accommodation was very much appreciated as it allowed for cleaner install.
I am glad to have a residental HVAC company in the area that I can trust and recommend to others. -
Excellent company with great customer service, my old geothermal unit went out and needed a total replacement. Felger Mechanical came out inspected the entire system and only ordered the parts that I needed. They are very knowledgeable and they do excellent work!

Great experience with a great company. Chad, Owen and Tyler (I hope I remember their names correctly) were timely, professional and brought great value to our home. I totally recommend them for your furnace or AC needs.

In November I had Felger Hart check my gas fireplace because the pilot light wouldn't stay lit. A wonderful individual named Pat showed up and took a look at it. He determined that it was one of two things, a quick fix or a replacement. He grabbed a part from the truck and tried it but unfortunately the quick fix did not work. To my amazement, he did not try to pressure me into buying one they had, he was perfectly content with me ordering it online and calling him when it arrived so he could install it. A few days later he was back and ready to install it. I had actually bought the wrong one, a vented one instead of a ventless one. He advised me that it would still work since I had a flu and showed me how to open it when the fireplace was in use. He also instructed me on how to light it, adjust it and shut it down. Pat was very nice, extremely knowledgeable and very patient with all my questions. When I got the bill from Felger Hart, they had only charged me for one hour labor which included two trips to the house. Felger Hart has demonstrated what I would call an old school work ethic which is a breath of fresh air in this day and age. I will definitely be calling them for future needs and highly suggest you do as well.
Thanks for a great experience. -
Our technician that came out to inspect our barn floor heat system was honest & even talked to me about mistakes that were made during the initial installation.
He made the yeah I think it's necessary repairs and adjustments ordered the parts that were damaged by the installation process, then made sure the system worked efficiently....

I called them because I had a clogged sink, toilet & my shower water was going down really slow. A technician came out in an hour and fixed everything up for me and my total came out to be around $300 something. After he left on the weekends I started noticing a leak from the closet by the bathroom so I called them back to come back out and check it out to see if it could possibly be his mistake. He showed me there was another leak behind the toilet and he cut it open and will replace the leaking pipe and after my total came out to be $240, they charge $125 for labor & $115 for a 1/2 pvc coupling wax ring which is only around $5-$10 the most. Please just go to another place and save your money. Edit: I had to call a roof professional because the plumber did an inspection for me on the roof & thought the leak was from the roof and when the roof professional came out and inspected, it was sadly just another leak from the pipes under the sink right next to the toilet he cut up a hole from.

Thought we needed a sewer clean out. Turns out 2 hrs and $600 later, we found out the problem was with city sewer. If only they'd lifted the manhole cover in my driveway, they could have been done in probably less than 15 minutes. And to think I called them based on their 5-star Google review? That was their first and last chance with me, and everyone I know will be forewarned about this "money grab". 😡

Ryan came out to do some work in the kitchen prior to my having a new oven installed and, in the process, saved lives while he was here. He needed to access the basement while he was here and, while down there, he found that the piping taking the CO2 out of my house from my furnace had somehow come undone and, all that CO2 was pouring back into one end of my unfinished basement. It made him late to his next two calls but, ultimately, on top of doing quality work, he ended up saving my life, the life of my adult son and our fur baby. CO2 detectors being installed now. I'm grateful for the "inconvenience" of needing FelgerHart to come out and take care of a task that ultimately led to the discovery of this leak. Our cat, Vader, may not be as grateful as I am but, he did love Ryan's tool bag! 😆

We had a gas control valve replaced on our furnace. Colby diagnosed the problem and ordered the replacement part. He then installed the new valve and checked the entire system to make sure that everything was working properly. A few days later we received a follow up call from FelgerHart to make sure everything was working properly.
We appreciate the care and concern shown by the entire team at FelgerHart.
