Additional comments from original post: I was also very upset that when I finally got the owner on the line, I had to say "Please don't hang up on me, I'm an actual customer." The phone call was short, and I even ASKED if I could call from my own phone number, and then you said that you weren't interested. I am basing my review on how I was treated, over the phone, just for asking for a quote. Now, you're accusing someone who sought out your services of harassment and manipulation. I also saw that you tried to call me again just now. I don't know what that was for but this is a review based on the treatment I received. We would have paid for a service call if you needed to go out, but you didn't even give me a chance to say anything.

Called this business to get a quote and they hung up on me twice. We were looking to get a quote for our customer in Shoals, IN. He said that they do not do quotes over the phone and didn't provide any other way to get service from them. Just hung up on me. Poor customer service.

CELCO Electric is a family business which I really like. The rewired my older home. They did a really good job. They were clean and did quality work. I would have them in my home again.
