Disappointed. Called looking for a quote for services. The technician was 30 min late after driving by the house on time and leaving because it 'looked like we weren't home.' Didn't knock or call to confirm. When he finally got there he raced through assessment to diagnose an issue and he bulldozed through my questions. He stated it wasn't an issue that my electrical panel had double tapped and tandem hook ups. Fast forward to receiving a bill for inspection with a note 'quickly diagnosed,' which summarizes my experience perfectly. He was late, didn't want to give my problem the appropriate time for proper inspection and wanted to do the quickest/easiest fix. Long story short, I did not have good customer service and would not recommend this company.
