Terrible craftsmanship - not only did they have to return to a new build to fix the conduit in a home where they had stapled it to the wall blocking any wires from being filtered through (what's the purpose of installing, to check a box without functionality?) Pitiful service - upon returning to "fix" they cut out our drywall, knocked over and filled with dust our temporary internet set up from Spectrum. Lennar homes needs to double down on the follow up and accountability of this vendor if they're going to use them for the future.
Do better y'all, embarrassing work.
Also, come fix what you should have done with pride and integrity in the first place, I'll ensure to spread the word of how unfortunately unprofessional this Trent Electric is.

Did not label a wire properly which was found on inspection as we sold our home. The house is less than 2 years old. Charged 135 dollars as their standard service fee to fix their own mistake

Trent electric wired our new contruction home in early 2015. One of their employees at the time did some subpar electrical work in the garage, wiring to the outdoor garage lights. They shortcutted the corners of the wall and looks like they attempted to make it right later but instead of doing it the right way and pulling the wiring back from the fixture and drilling new holes in the center of two studs they burrowed out the edge of the studs and tucked the wiring in. The ruined the structural integrity of the jack studs that hold up a garage header 75% of the stud is blown out. Also they severely shortcutted running the 230 service to the central airconditioner thru the attic instead of keeping the wiring near the rest and out of the way. I cannot install flooring for storage because its banjoed diagonally like they were short on cable.

Drivers of this company's vehicles are unsafe and swerve in and out of traffic, tailgate, and cut people off.

Recently had Trent Electric out to add a whole home surge protector. The electricians that showed up were on time and friendly. They were efficient in completing the work and was done for a fair price. Would definitely recommend Trent Electric and use them again.

Good prices, transparent, and did great work but paying them is very difficult. They only accept physical checks or if you use credit card they charge you 3% fee. They also don’t have a website. It’s 2025, what business doesn’t have a website? When I talked to Amber on the phone her response was “that’s just how it is”
Since when are businesses forgetting they exist because of their customers?

Had the pleasure of being rear ended, hard, by a Trent electric van on 465 today. The van immediately took off and I gave chase, luckily the impact was so great that it destroyed the vans radiator and more so it broke down after about a mile of chasing. After waiting on the side of the road for an hour for police to show up, the officer informed me that not a single one of the vans 5-6? Occupants had a drivers license, nor any ID of any kind. No one went to jail, zero consequences for fleeing the scene of an accident because ‘ no one was the driver’ according the the occupants. They also couldn’t recall their own names.

Inexcusable.
