I called Evan in a little bit of a panic, as my daughter had stepped in some dog ‘business’’ and had tracked it over the rug runner inside our front door. Within an hour he was at the house with his equipment to clean the runner that I thought had been ruined. This is the second time I have used him (the first was to clean two couches), and he is so friendly and doesn’t waste any time getting the job done. I was so thankful for his efficient and prompt service, will definitely use him again!

I had a fantastic experience with Central Carpet Cleaning company. I had 4 rooms and a staircase in my home cleaned. One of the rooms required pet urine treatment and a stain blocker treatment. I wish I would of taken pictures before. To be honest, I didn’t think the stains would come up. After the service if I told you there were stains you wouldn’t believe it. Evan Bell, also the owner, was incredibly thorough in explaining the process, which I appreciated.

From the initial email inquiries to the actual service, everything was top-notch. Evan was quick to respond and provided helpful answers to all my questions. The appointment reminders were a nice touch and ensured I didn't forget about the service.

On the day of the appointment, Evan arrived on time and was incredibly professional, friendly, and patient. He even took the time to interact with my toddler and 3 dogs, which I really appreciated. Evan patiently addressed all my questions and offered suggestions for maintaining my carpets in the future.

I highly recommend Central Carpet Cleaning for their exceptional service. I will definitely be using them for all my future carpet cleaning needs.

Evan is always so timely, friendly, and professional. Carpet stains and nasties don't stand a chance against him! He is normally able to get any of our issues completed same day or next day. We've had our hallway carpets cleaned, amenity carpets cleaned, and our outside lounge upholstery cleaned.

Evan came out right away after a major coffee incident. He and his amazing machine made the stain disappear in a matter of minutes!

He has cleaned my home carpet multiple times, but this was my first time using him in a commercial space. I would highly recommend him for both situations. He's a super nice guy that offers great results and great prices!
