Had a small job at my house and Integrity came out and did very good work. They charged me less than the estimate; definitely good value here.

Came to complete job in a timely manner and for fair price. However, upon picking up our old landscaping rock they blew a bunch of rock that their equipment did not pick up into our yard. Now my husband has to rake the yard to get the rock out to avoid damaging our lawn mower and the rock killing our grass.

Inaccurate billing information. Continues to Send the same invoices over and over again and refusing to provide up-to-date accurate billing information. Integrity advised that " It's not my job to provide you with detailed accounting, and I will file in court for full payment +8% interest

I just wanted to thank Jordan and Brian at Integrity Outdoor Solutions. I needed a company to help with lawn services because I travel for work and they have always been on time and done quality work with mowing my lawn. I will be using them this spring to help with a landscape design!

We had Integrity out a few weeks ago and had issues from the get go it seems. We are just getting out to do the first mowing of the yard due to a patio install as well and we really got down to look over everything since I was tending to some flowers. We know we were likely one of their smaller jobs but that doesn't mean we shouldn't have received the same customer service as everyone else. We entrusted this to them and had to call them back out due to the mess they left (mulch and rocks in thr yard as well as piles of debris left everywhere). They also didn't finish a few things nor do a good job on a few things as well. So since being out in the mulch and rock beds today, they did NOT put down weed barrier everywhere as the contract stated. In fact there was only 1 or 2 spots it looks like they MAY have put it down. Now we have weeds growing where the barrier didn't go. Plus some of the plants they had to come back to fix from the first issue still weren't pulled all the way out. The edging that was supposed to be done as natural edging still isn't done right. I will never recommend this company to any of my friends. Very disappointing since we spent so much money on this job!
