Best customer service!! Called this afternoon and within two hours was at my house for a stat cleaning due to my dog being sick and having diarrhea on my rug and carpet. I would have never guessed it would come out!!!

Evan is a very nice man and you can tell he takes pride in his business. I had no trouble getting a hold of him by phone and was quick to get me scheduled at my convenience.
Most importantly my carpets look great!

Evan has done a great job cleaning my carpet. I had a house cleaning team in the morning of the same day, and their job was so poor, despite charging me for almost the same amount. Evan came in the afternoon and everything went so smoothly. I could tell that Evan is a person who never cheats on customers. Will go to this company again if I need to do it in the future.

Let me tell you Evan was amazing !!!! I purchased a home and when to my final walkthrough on closing and the house smelt so bad of cat urine. I shampooed carpets myself and that didnt help one bit. I called and spoke with Evan and he was up for the challenge. I have now waited for the carpets to dry and i pleased to say my home no longer smells like cat. I forgot to mention he worked me in the same day because i needed this done to move. Evan and Central Carpet Cleaning definitely saved the day.

I am so happy Evan answered my call on a Sunday evening - after an accident occurred in our newly finished basement and on our brand new couch. He was kind enough to explain how they would clean and treat the carpet, couch cushion and base of the couch and really answer all of my questions including a price range, so that I didn’t have any surprises after the job was complete. I had called 3 other companies who prices were slightly higher, or stated they couldn’t help or wouldn’t be able to schedule us for a week or two. Evan was able to make it out that same evening and went above and beyond, to make sure the space was good as new.
