Fite Plumbing's customer service is rare. They did everything to not sell me a water heater, including the owner of Fite watching Youtube videos over the phone to help me troubleshoot. They eventually solved the problem, which still did not require me buying a new water heater when, at that point, I could have easily been sold one. Support your trustworthy, local businesses like Fite Plumbing.

Had one of these guys come out to replace a tub drain assembly that I couldn't get removed. Had the parts already, just needed a pro to get the drain out. Plumber arrived on time and quoted me $650 to replace a tub drain......After quickly ushering the gentleman out of my house, I called Mishler Plumbing and was quoted $183 with service fee....We usually use Mishler but they are always busier than Fite....

EDIT: Fite recently called me concerning my initial review. The gentleman was very professional and explained to me that there was a misunderstanding of the services being quoted. I am changing my review to 4 stars as I do believe that had I used Fite after the call, the misunderstanding would have been corrected. I'm not making it 5 stars as Mishler did complete the service same day.

A very good plumbing experience. I generally try to tackle small stuff myself - and generally regret it. I needed a plumber fast and called Fite. They were able to get a guy there in about 90 minutes. Scott was personable, professional, and did the job right and in record time. The price seemed a bit steep for the job, but not terrible. Apparently plumbing is just expensive.
I recommend Fite.

Contacted Fite Plumbing to do the annual certification of backflow preventer valve. The person conducting the test failed my valve, then I received a quote for $1100+ to replace and certify the new valve. Which I purchased a new valve myself for $79.99, hired a different company who when they came our I asked them to retest the old valve prior to replacing to find that it did pass, I did not need a new valve. Not very professional company in my mind and will never call them again.

Excellent service from the plumber who came to replace our kitchen faucet. Installed new shut-off valves and made sure everything was to our liking. I recommend Fite to everyone.

The hot water heater in our office went down. I contacted Fite over the weekend and they beat a competitor's price and had the replacement done by Monday afternoon. Everyone was very polite and professional during the whole process. Excellent company and I would highly recommend.

We have used Hudson Plumbing for various different plumbing issues. Each time they have done an excellent job! Every workman that has come to our house was very knowledgeable, very polite and very friendly! They explained clearly what they were doing and patiently answered any questions we had.
They call ahead to let you know when they are on their way, and how far out they are, as well as the name of who is coming to do the work. They have always been on time and have cleaned up any mess after each job.
When you call to schedule an appointment the people who work in the office have been very friendly and will do their best to accommodate your schedule. They have called after the work is finished to check to make sure we were satisfied and if we had any issues or questions.

I reached out to Hudson plumbing to replace all my drainage pipes due to a leak. The team was out within 48 hours of my initial call (would have been sooner but I could not get away from work) and explained everything they planned to due before I agreed to the work. The work was done in a timely manner, up to code, and fixed all our issues! The team installing the new drainage system was very thorough to walk through exactly what they did along with taking pictures of the completed work. Overall it was a great experience and I would 100% recommend Hudson Plumbing to anyone in the area who needs a timely, honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy plumber!
