Roofing & Gutters reviews in Plainfield, Indiana

Arrived quickly and completed the repair. Thank You.

I used this company to replace my roof several years ago and when I began having issues recently, I called three additional roofing companies to come inspect it. All of them stated that the ridge vent was not open and so there was no air circulating in the attic. Last summer I had soffit vents added at the advice of Mr. Allender. Who then later I discovered, failed to inform me That the attic insulation should be moved away from the vents to add to the airflow and circulation. Now I have an attic full of mold. I did a lot of research and learned a lot about how attic ventilation should work and what it should look like. This is something I wish I had done years ago. When I called Mr. Allender to speak to him about it, he became very defensive and verbally abusive, even threatening to sue me at one point. I would have trusted him to remedy the issue and even paid for materials again. I’m not a litigious soul. I believe in giving people second and even third chances to make things right. But this was unacceptable and I have no option other than to warn the public. I’ve been in property management for over 25 years and have never come across such poor customer service.

Richard was very helpful in getting our roof completely covered by our insurance company. The entire roof to include 2 car garage and 2 car carport cost me nothing out of pocket. Friendly and helpful the entire way and went above and beyond to include items that insurance didn't cover because it was the right thing to do. Would refer to anyone to use.

Great set of guys and gals working there! Punctual, polite, and prepared! that's the best three "P" words you can use to describe a business if you ask me!

Had a great experience. They were quick to come and repair the roof. Cleaned up and completed the work in timely fashion. Great company to work with!

This is the best company around for any roof system you need. They are even top notch for specialty roofing system most can not handle. I highly Recommend that you use this company.

Devin was great to work with! He explained everything in detail and made sure the job was done correctly. All of the workers did a great job. The finished project looks amazing and we get compliments on it all the time!

You decide on a company, maybe say a prayer, and hope like hell you've placed your trust in a group of professionals that make life better.
This was the case for me and my family!
Eric Kline is a pro. Prompt, extremely knowledgeable, confident, available and helpful.
From the first phone call to the final handshake it WAS easy. And surprisingly...enjoyable.
How often can that be said when dealing with sales/construction companies?
I hope for you it happens all the time!
In my experience, it's rare.
Thank you Tracy Heine at Restoration Builders for connecting us with Eric!

Phenomenal group of people to work with. Very responsive, on time, and quality of work is amazing. Workers are very efficient and respectful. This company always goes the extra mile for their clients. I highly recommend Jagg Premium Roof Systems.

JAGG Premium Roof Systems offer a very professional and turn key service. These guys are masters at their craft and are very knowledgeable when it come to commercial roof systems. Highly recommend.

After climbing on our roof and informing us that we had hail damage (which occurred months prior) JAGG was able to help us through the process of getting insurance to replace the roof as they worked hand and hand with the Insurance adjuster. Their price was fair for the area as we got several estimates. But ultimately we went with them because of knowledge of roofing and the trust that they earned for me after having several roofing co on the roof only Jagg said I had hail damage.

These are the hardest working roofers I have ever seen! They did an awesome job in about 90° weather with the heat index of like 95+.
Our new roof looks awesome!
Thanks JAGG Roofing, will call you for my next house!
I would recommend JAGG Roofing anytime and every time!

My roof was replaced a year ago and all is in great shape. Cody the inspector helped assist with the insurance company every step of the way including using weather data to secure the repair. Cody and his team were on time and followed through every step of the operation. As with any large project there were a couple spots that had to be revisited. The Jagg team quickly responded and happily fixed everything to my satisfaction. I strongly recommend Jagg Roofing and will continue to use them for all my roofing needs.

JAGG was quick to respond when our old roof started leaking. They worked with our insurance to provide us with an entirely new roof and gutters. The roof only took 2 days to install. We hit a few bumps along the way, but they were quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. The JAGG team was courteous and professional in all our communications.
