James did a great job—friendly, thorough and informative. He talked me through some of the steps to care for my pool over the winter and provided good advice.

I had a very sick pool that was getting worse by the day! Angel was able to determine the problem and help with the solution. My water is now sparkling, and she makes sure to review the test history and chemical use before instructing on what to do. She doesn't push chemicals (although I think she is a closet chemist :) but rather helps educate on how to prevent issues. She has been a God send!!

Our technician was knowledgeable, personable, and had solutions to our issues to move forward and even in a timely manner. Excited for our fix and to use our pool a tad longer this fall with a new heater!

James did a great job. We have an older system and he had to spend extra time getting it to work. He was committed to getting the system working regardless of how long it was going to take. Explained everything thoroughly.

I submitted a request for a warranty repair and I was placed on the schedule by the end of the day. The team arrived on time and the work was completed quickly. Great Service!!

Pools of Fun has been opening and closing our pool for several years, and opened today it for the 2022 season. Although we were not present during the time Josh Burns performed the opening services, we returned home to find everything in readiness for swimming. We received both a call and text letting us know when he was on his way. Then, in follow-up, Josh emailed us an itemized evaluation of the condition of all our pool equipment; happily, everything is looking good for another swim season. Thanks, Josh and Pools of Fun!

We had an absolutely terrific experience working with Pools of Fun! From day 1, they were attentive, kind, informative, helpful and professional. Our rep, Tyler, was phenomenal! We ended up doing something different than we originally intended because he was very knowledgable and helpful. We are not only soo much happier with the outcome but we got more out of our pool and it saved us money in the end. Not many companies truly have the best interest of the customer and their preferred budget as a priority anymore but Pools of Fun did. The process was very easy and even fun! The communication was efficient and scheduling was prompt. We have had a kind, respectful team on our property often and have really enjoyed getting to know them. They literally blew us away from the very beginning when they had the entire pool dug and walled in in one day! The customer service has been excellent, we have been able to reach our rep, our construction manager and the office staff at any point when we had questions or concerns and they were quick to respond and be helpful. Our construction manager frequents our job many times a week and is always quick to be helpful, answering questions and concerns that we have as first time pool owners. We also feel as though we got a great deal for a beautiful pool! We have priced pools over the years and for all of the options included in our pool (16x40 liner pool with a splash ledge, shallow end, diving well and diving board) and for the customer service level that we have received, we feel that it was money very well spent! They also helped easily connect us with financing at Key bank who does a high volume of pool loans and makes the process very easy. Overall, we have been completely thrilled with Pools of Fun and confidently refer them to all of our friends....who all RAVE about how terrific our pool is! We cannot thank you enough, Pools of Fun and your team! We absolutely love our pool and have loved our experience working with you!

I didn't see a photo of today's Technician, Adam Hayes, but the team did a great job on the closing. Well-coordinated on all team aspects (we have the Parmount System which requires precise 2 person closing), very thorough and knowledgeable. Great Job!!!

I have been to the store multiple times this year and I have always had excellent customer service from the ladies who check the chemicals. I have seen them perform well even with the ongoing chemical shortage and with really difficult customers. They are always calm and polite. When I follow their instructions, my chemicals always balance.

As with any business, everyone's experience is different. I had my pool put in over 9 years ago and they were nothing but professional from start to finish. Each season it is well communicated what my options are, and what they will provide in terms of service, chemicals, etc. so I know up front. In 9 years there have been issues with equipment and the automatic cover--pools require maintenance after all--but when there is an issue, I am able to email the office, call or text my service technician directly and it is addressed. It's a big decision to put in a pool, and not cheap to maintain, but I have been pleased with the service this company has provided me and they help me enjoy my pool each season.

Nathan Fender and Joey, my technicians, were very patient with my concerns and questions. The result was a very well done professional
liner installation. I was very pleased with their knowledge and workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

I purchased a new liner and cover. The installers on both did a great job. They were efficient and took the time to explain what they were doing and why.

There was a hiccup in the measurements by the manufacturer and pools of fun found the mistake and quickly got the right one made. They kept me in the loop and worked very hard to deliver everything they promised.

They had good communication from the techs calling ahead, work order emails to me to know what was coming next and follow ups after.

Great Job.

2. Sent confirmation of exact time about 1 hour prior to arrival.
3. I was able to be on site before he left. James ran me through the list of tasks completed, noted any findings, and made recommendations on any follow up I could do.
4. Highly efficient: opened the pool and completed the cleaning in 1 hour.

Pools of Fun replaced my Automatic Pool Cover today, and the whole process was fantastic. They arrived when they said they would, confirming everything in advance. The technicians were friendly and did an outstanding job. The cover looks great!

Nathan was very professional and knowledgeable. He walked us through every point of our pool and the system that runs it. Showed us how to operate the pump and filter and answered all of our questions. Great job and would recommend Nathan to anyone

We’ve used Pools of Fun for almost 2 decades and the great service by Lee and Nathan to open our pool this morning was another example of why. Pools of Fun sent regular reminders of our upcoming opening, and Lee called about 30 minutes before he and Nathan arrived. They worked quickly, but carefully, inspecting equipment, checking the pool and the pump, re-installing our pool handlebars, and placing our pool cover pump back on the pool with the hose directed onto the lawn when they were done. Friendly, but very professional. Shortly after they completed the job, we received an email with a pre-arrival checklist (including a photo of our pump and small things like whether they asked if where they parked was OK) and then a second email with a 27-point checklist reporting on the condition of our pool cover, heater, filter and other items. Wow! Great job, Lee, Nathan and Pools of Fun.

James, from the service team, did an excellent job troubleshooting an issue. He was thorough and very courteous. We have had great experiences with all of the service techs from Pools of Fun, which is not always the case from other pool builders! 👍🏼👍🏼

As always the Pools of Fun team was great. Starting with Janet in the service department. She was able to locate a new heater for us and had us on the schedule the next day. The technicians arrived on time and went straight to work. Lee was friendly and had the job done within the hour. It's so nice to count on such a great company, Thank you.

My family loves our pool and is very grateful for the Pools of Fun team that helped make it a reality!
