Guy came out to give me an estimation on looping in plumbing for a softener system, called them the next day to schedule and the lady didn’t know when to schedule me in for and said they would call back it’s been over two weeks no call back and every time I try to call they are “not in office”

I would not recommend this company to anyone. If I could give a no star, I would. After some months of all the waterlines being replaced and myself finishing the remodeling, I turned the water on and find water in my downstairs kitchen. A valuable company is one that stands behind their work...not this one!

Dispatcher is extremely rude and disrespectful. Refused service and lied to me about what price my company was offering over the phone. If you are a looking for commercial service, take your business elsewhere. A complete and utter joke.

Jeff came out and repaired our air conditioner. He did exactly what he said he would, and charged exactly what he said he would. Excellent, timely service and honesty. What more could you want?
