We have needed to have Muse come out two times since moving into our new build in 2021. The first time was a simple fix & only became aware when the temps dropped to single digits, the first January we lived here. The second time was recently when these negative temps came in. This time it was simply a maintenance error on our part (young parents of young children in our first home) 😅. Both times Muse got to us quickly & fixed the issue right away! I love working with a small business. The technicians are kind & thorough, even with kids and a large dog running around. Thank you guys for braving the cold so my family can be warm!

Made a call @ 8:10 am on Monday morning to report my problem. They stated they had an opening @ 10::30 am. The technician was there on time troubleshot the system. Cleaned repaired and charged system. Had me back up and cooling within 2 hours. The technician was clean, personable,and efficient. Best of all the cost for repair was way less than what I expected to pay and no pushy sales for something I don't need. I highly recommend Muse Heating and Cooling.
