Very professional and knowledgeable. I chose them over a company that was closer to my own because of their good reviews and I was not disappointed. They were fast and efficient and did great work. They said they have 24 hour service, which is a plus. Will definitely use them again if needed..

Had a technician out to find out why our furnace wasn't working. Was told it was a bad heat exchanger and my furnace was condemned. It would be a minimum of $7000 for a replacement system. Called another local HVAC company for a second opinion. The heat exchanger was getting bad but not condemned. He called Trane and found out it was still under warranty. The heat exchanger was free and I paid less than $300 for labor to replace. Always get a second opinion when they try to condemn your system. It is a common scam, Google search cracked heat exchanger scam.

As a real estate broker in Salem, I always recommend these guys. I know my clients are covered if Cooley's was involved. I use them on all my personal properties as well. They also do plumbing, now, which is a fantastic value-add.

I got home from work at 4:45PM to find my outside unit not working. After calling several local places who said they would try to get to me the next day, I called Cooley's who said they'd be out in about an hour. An hour later they were there and had the unit fixed very fast. They even checked our other unit. The cost was well below what I had expected to pay.

I highly recommend Cooley's service. In the next year or so when we have to replace our oldest unit I will be using Cooley's.

The after purchase service has been amazing! They had installed a new heat pump using the drain that the previous heat pump had used. Unfortunately, the new one was much more efficient and the drain couldn't handle the load. They accepted total responsibility for not "doing it right" the first time and came out at odd hours and with a smile on their face until the problem was resolved. Love their customer service!

I've used these guys several occasions, the most recent one was for plumbing. Sump pump went out at our shop and we couldn't operate. These guys were here within a couple hours from me calling and had me up and running. Quick, great prices and all their staff has been great and friendly

The tech responded on time with early notifications. Once on the job he immediately diagnosed the problem and was able to get the furnace going.

Bathtub remodel done. Was quite impressed with the professionalism, his work ethic. He patiently answered my questions. Was polite and thoughtful. He did a great job. Not to forget the office people. They too were helpful and informed me what was going on.

When I texted the plumber I had used in the past, he said they now were part of Cooley's Heating and Air. So I called Cooley's and they were able to schedule me about a week out. I had a bad leak in an old faucet and wanted it repaired. I also was concerned about a possible toilet leak. The plumber they sent was on time, polite, and knowledgeable. He quickly installed the faucets and they just look wonderful. When he looked at the toilet I was concerned about, he told me that he believed that it was fine at the present time and told me what to look for rather than just replacing it whether it needed it or not. This really impressed me. I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.

The service tech was informative. Suggested options for getting the heat pump repaired or replaced. Described what the pros and cons were so we could decide according to our budget. Were prompt at getting the replacement and installing. Made sure everything was working before leaving and cleaned up after finishing the install. Very polite and considerate.

I am super pleased with Cooley’s. I was lucky enough that they had a cancellation so they were able to come right out. They fixed both issues I had within an hour and a half, and were great at explaining what they were doing and why. The pricing was fantastic, I thought it would be double what we paid. The techs were nice, polite and clean.

These guys just came out and put a whole new Heat/Air system on our house with all new duct work. They were very pleasant to work with, they were fast, very efficient, very respectful, neat and happy to do their jobs. They even went above and beyond and fixed my laundry room door. I have OCD and the neat and clean lines of the new duct work is AMAZING!
Overall a very reasonable and affordable system and an extremely satisfied customer. Fantastic customer service. Wish I could give more that 5 stars. 😊
