these guys/young men were incredible; they perform above and beyond my expectation, their knowledge base was on point, they immediately knew what the problem was after carefully thoroughly listening to my description of my water problem, they wasted no time in their assessment and eventually resolving the problem. I have referred them to both my neighbor and an associated of mine with in 2 days; they offer both senior and veterans discounts, however; I did not received the discount, for the staff were unaware of them (and neither did the two seniors I referred) , but all is well, I will continue with their services whenever I have a plumbing issue.

I was having an issue with rain water backing up my floor drains in my basement. I had two other companies come out for the issue and they didn't give me any solutions. Water Heater and plumbing experts and came out and found that my basement drains go to the old septic tank in the backyard. They installed a pump and tied it into my main sewer. I have not had water back up since. They came out same day and had the work done within a week. Highly recommend!

I called Water Heater & Plumbing Experts because someone I knew had recommended them and I Absolutely loved the service we received! Was able to come out the next day and fix a few pipes that were leaking and looked at our drain we were having problems with. They fixed that for us too. Honest, reliable, and can't complain about their prices as I was expecting to pay more.
