I am so amazed at the job they did for my tree. They removed all of the branches that could cause damage to my deck and house,yet kept the shape. Clean-up was awesome!! This company is one of the most professional companies that I have dealt with in quite some time.From the time Nora came and gave me an estimate (which was written up and sent to me within 24 hours) to the time my 100 foot Walnut tree was on the ground this company went ABOVE and BEYOND what they had too. This tree was approximately 150 years old or older and not only hung over my neighbors house but spread out over 3 backyards. Not a twig was dropped on the house and not a twig was left in any of the yards after Freddie was done.
Paramount to the professionalisms of this outfit was their attention to-safety. Hardhats, goggles, ear protection was standard personal protection for all the crew. Highway cones and lanes of travel were set up for any vehicles coming near the work sight.You could tell all the equipment used was expertly maintained and worked to maximum efficiency.
On top of all this the estimate beat all the companies hands down and was extremely fair and just. My brother has used Royal Tree Service twice and I'll be using them again if the need ever arrises.

Freddy, Nora, Desmond and team did a great job. Took them no time to cut down a 30-40ft tree, trim up the surrounding area of brush and poison ivy, cleaned up and even stacked up wood logs for burning later for me. Definitely recommend Royal Tree Service. If I could give more than 5 stars they would have it!!!!!!!

We called for an estimate on a Friday afternoon, they came out that evening and we had our quote by Saturday afternoon. Great price, immediately accepted and were called to schedule the appointment about 10 minutes later! They came out the following Wednesday and worked through Saturday (in the rain at times). They removed 3 trees, cut scrub trees out, shaped one tree up off power line, and ground stumps. The team at Royal Tree Service are friendly, professional, and made sure that the job was done to our satisfaction. The site was left tidy and all debris was removed from our property. They have all the equipment to do the job right. We are more than satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to call them again!

We had a large silver maple taken down in-between our house and our neighbors house. From the start they had great customer service and communication. They did a great job and had competitive pricing. They did an amazing job cleaning up too. Very happy and would highly recommend.

This is an OUTSTANDING company! They make the entire process, from initial contact, detailed written quote, scheduling, completing the work and cleanup an extremely positive experience for the customer. Royal Tree Service did an excellent job removing a very old, very large tree that had been struck by lightning. Best quote out of 5 estimates. Great cleanup! I highly recommend them!

We hired Royal Tree Service to cut down a really bad tree 20 feet from our house. I was more than impressed with their professionalism and experience with the Job. If you're on the fence about hiring them, rest assured, you're in good hands and they will take GREAT care of you!

My mom had Royal Tree Service cut a storm damaged tree for her. They did such a great job, I called them to cut 6 trees that had storm damage as well. They were in and out in 1 day. They are very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about trees. I will be calling them for any future trees that need cut down. I highly recommend them!
Update.
Well my mother and I decided to go ahead and have the stumps removed. I talked to Freddie with Royal Tree Service and he said they would be able to remove all the stumps and some big roots that was above ground. Nora with Royal Tree Service texted me back with a really good quote. Once they got the all clear from 811, they came out and took care of everything. They are really good at what they do and do everything they can to make sure that you are satisfied with the end result. Like I said before, I highly recommend Royal Tree Service.

Had three quotes Rob got the bid and was very professional and timely. Cleaned up more than expected, Robs equipment was very well maintained and clean as well. I have already recommended him to multiple pleople.

I called, got a quote, accepted it, he said he was going in vacation till October 25th, so I expected a delay, but still nothing and I text with no response. He may do good work, I don't know.
Well, I have to add to my above review because he contacted me the next day I did this review and stated he'd be out tomorrow. He text me after he sent his coworker, and couldn't get to the tree, tore up his transmission and my yard.
I appreciated him letting me know right then that his coworker messed up, before I got home and found the mess in my yard and tree still up. My husband said he was a real "shady" guy and did not know what he was doing when he got stuck. Obviously, can't find good help. I'm still very bummed. :(

I had Rob and his crew cut down a dead tree on a hill. They showed up on time and did a heck of a job. The tree was cut down in no time and all trash was cleaned up. Rob even worked with my neighbor who had concerns about them coming on his yard. The whole job was done and I would recommend them to anyone
