Great place!

Randy Summers of Glory Electric, was great. He replaced 2 ceiling fixtures for me. He was timely, polite, neat, cleaned up any messes, particular about his work, very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

1/15 edit: After going out to location and "fixing" the issue twice (even though the request was for a brand new system), still had problems. Which is exactly why the request was for proposing a brand new system. Decided to go with another company who has been more than helpful and communicative and has landed themselves a very expensive project. Hate to see a company lose out due to bad business practices, especially considering Gaylor was our first choice for this. Have been ghosted since!

Communication is very much lacking. Called several times and left messages just to start a work/proposal request, finally got the correct email four days later, and have had communication issues since. Have not had this experience with any other smaller electrical vendors but weird to have issues with such a reputable brand + company. Very disappointed with service so far.

We have used ANR for carpet cleaning services in the past. We own a rental property and sometimes tenants leave the carpet in rough shape. Eric cleaned our carpets on August 23, 2021. He was professional, courteous and explained the entire process. I had some concerns about a particular stain (from a sharpie marker) and he was able to remove it. Upon touring the home, the potential tenant even remarked how nice the carpets looked. Thank you, Eric. We also have some roof and remodeling work that needs to be done. Jeff came and inspected the home and provided a timely estimate. Chelsea in the office is responsive and makes scheduling a breeze. I highly recommend ANR Restoration.

We had Keith and Tyler in our home today to clean our dryer vent. They were courteous and professional. We appreciated how they made sure we understood what was being done. They went above and beyond to be helpful. We will be asking for them to come back for future services.

Calling the office to schedule a carpet cleaning was very easy. Chelsie was very helpful and accommodating. Chase and Tim arrived on time. They were very professional and efficient. My dad who is 92 lives in our downstairs. He had several really dirty spots on his carpet that they were able to remove. It looks like a nearly new carpet but is 12 years old. I am very pleased with their work and will definitely use them again and reccomend them to others looking to have their carpets cleaned. I give them a 5 star rating.

A plumbing company accidentally made a huge mess in our brand new bathroom, and ANR Restoration came in for the cleanup. Jeff and Chase did a fantastic job, they were very prompt, thorough and professional. We intend to use them again to clean our HVAC vents! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Chase and Keith were here this morning to clean our air vents. This house was built in 2005 and we bought it 3 months ago. We didn’t know if it had ever been cleaned but we were getting a lot of dust everywhere every day. After Chase showed us a picture of a couple of vents, we were sure we had made the right move to have them cleaned. My husband has allergies and has been having many issues; no wonder.
These two young men were very professional, they did a great job in a short amount of time. They were most courteous. They explained what they were doing every step of the way. In this uncertain time we are all facing, please know that you have two excellent workers. We want them back when we have the carpets cleaned and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The ANR duo showed up promptly and did a thorough and excellent job. They went out of their way to answer my questions and explain what they were doing, including some of the quirky HVAC stuff in our 200-year old house, much appreciated. They were professional and cleaned up neatly before leaving. We will definitely use ANR services again for our home, thank you!

Chase and Tyler from ANR did an outstanding job clearing out our dryer vents from critters and debris. Wonderfully polite and professional they got the job done quickly and efficiently and kept us well informed of their progress the entire time . Would 100% recommend.

Chase and Eric were professional, friendly and patient with having to work around our cats! They came in on time and got the job done in the amount of time expected. They also explained clearly every step they were doing. Would most definitely recommend ANR and Chase and Eric to friends and family.

We had an emergency over the holiday weekend and thankfully ANR was able to come out. We first tried calling a couple of well-known companies that were recommended by friends and despite the fact that those companies websites say they're open 24 hours a day, no one answered the phone. However, when I called ANR, Cornelius answered immediately, took my information and transferred me directly to Lindsey. She told me to let her know once the plumber had left and she would come out and survey the damage. She she was there within an hour. After figuring out exactly what damage had been done and a price, Kelby showed up an hour later to clean up the mess. Within just a couple of hours, Kelby had our house back to normal. We are very thankful that he happened to be available that day because we had an absolute mess. I hated to have to call people on a holiday weekend, on what should be their day off, but this clean-up could not wait and with the type of mess we did not have the tools to clean it properly.

I had the air ducts and dryer vents cleaned out . I was having issues with my dryer and someone had suggested having our dryer vent cleaned out . I called ANR since I used The company one other time .
Chase and Keith done a great job . They were a wonderful team that worked quickly and sufficiently.

Super professional and communicative - took the time to explain their estimate to me to pass to insurance, even talked to our insurance agent for us. The sub-contractors we’ve had at our home have also been very communicative, on time, and efficient. Highly recommend ANR!

Tim and Chase were awesome! I had 15 vents cleaned on 03-12-2020 and when they arrived, they greeted me with smiles. I invited them in and they began to explain in detail what they were going to do and how it was to be done. I didn't have to ask any questions because they explained the process to me thoroughly! It added an extra boost of confidence and reassurance that I had hired the right company to do the job. I had done research online to compare prices for 15 vents to be cleaned and I was taken back at the prices the"other" companies were charging! The last time I had all of my vents cleaned was approximately 20 years ago. I have always had multiple cats and dogs over the years, so I apologized in advance for the condition of that my vents may be in. Tim and Chase just smiled and stated they understood. The night before (03-11-2020) Chelsea called from ANR to confirm that we were still a go for 03-12-2020 and I appreciated the professionalization from ANR. It made me feel that I was more than just another "income" for the company. I have 2 big dogs and Tim and Chase stated they loved dogs. I brought "my boys" inside to introduce them to Tim and Chase since these strangers are in their home. My boys smelled them and I gave Tim and Chase a dog bone fore each dog and my boys warmed up to Tim and Chase so much that they both were following them room to room. Tim and Chase didn't mind and gave my boys lots of attention. I have lived in Jeffersonville, IN all of life and really wanted to keep my business on the "Sunny Side Of Louisville". It means a lot to me to support my community as well as surrounding communities. I especially love to support small business owners and I couldn't be more happier to support ANR. The end of my vents be being cleaned, there was nothing to clean up! Tim and Chase had even taken the time to change my furnace as it was time to do so. I had not changed the furnace filter intentionally because I was waiting until the vent cleaning was done. If you are looking for a company that really wants your business, treats you as though you are more than just an income for the company, professionalism, very friendly and very prompt on time then ANR is the company for you.
