Great place!

Randy Summers of Glory Electric, was great. He replaced 2 ceiling fixtures for me. He was timely, polite, neat, cleaned up any messes, particular about his work, very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

1/15 edit: After going out to location and "fixing" the issue twice (even though the request was for a brand new system), still had problems. Which is exactly why the request was for proposing a brand new system. Decided to go with another company who has been more than helpful and communicative and has landed themselves a very expensive project. Hate to see a company lose out due to bad business practices, especially considering Gaylor was our first choice for this. Have been ghosted since!

Communication is very much lacking. Called several times and left messages just to start a work/proposal request, finally got the correct email four days later, and have had communication issues since. Have not had this experience with any other smaller electrical vendors but weird to have issues with such a reputable brand + company. Very disappointed with service so far.

Robbie was great to work with. He took care of everything from start to finish. He made the whole process much easier than we thought it was going to be. His prices were reasonable, he also brought in excellent sub contractors for the electrical and plumbing. We are very happy with the end result. And would absolutely recommend Robbie.
